Garden Trends Arvostelua 

I ordered a bench on 10th May. I was told it would be delivered in 7 to 10 days but the person I spoke to said they'd keep an eye on the order and try to get it to me within the week. After 10 days I had heard nothing from Garden Trends so I emailed for an update but didn't get a reply. I called and emailed several more times and was eventually told the item was out of stock. I never got an email response and waited 30 minutes on hold to speak to someone when I called. I was told someone would call me back but no one ever did. My bench eventually arrived on 17th June. The customer service was non existent and the information provided was misleading. Buy from anyone else.

I’d been looking for a pergola for ages and found just what we wanted from Garden Trends. The staff were absolutely brilliant, from helping us choose the right one to getting it delivered. They were so helpful and I would highly recommend them. Great quality product too, would definitely be buying from them again. Thank you Garden Trends! 🤩

Ordered an Alexander Rose Portofino metal round garden table on 17 May 2025 and still waiting for delivery. When placing the order they stated 3-5 days for delivery for
small-medium items and for large furniture
7-10 days, way past that now. Spoke to customer services on several occasions, firstly they blame the supplier has not delivered, such a blameless company. I rang on Tuesday 3 June 2025 and they promised it will be with me on Friday 6 June 2025, guess what no delivery. Again, I chased this morning and I was told it should go out today, I have confidence in this company, just been given the run around. They blame the supplier and not themselves, very poor customer services, you have to call them because they never call/email you about your delivery status delays. They are very quick and eager to say do you want to cancel your order, such a great way to run a business. All they have to do is just be honest from the onset, if you don’t have it stock just say out of stock, delivery expected soon, possible delays in delivering or something on those lines. I asked to speak to a manager and I was told to put it in writing, I have already been back and fourth on that’s and nothing happens, I again demanded to speak to a manager and said if I don’t get a call back by 11am this morning I will write a Trustpilot review, so here it is. I was told by the lady I spoke this morning I was threatening, I will never buy from this company again.

Our garden furniture arrived safely and on time. The delivery driver was so polite, he was a great ambassador for Garden Trends.

Just received our new furniture, very well packed and looks to be a very high quality set. No issues with fixings and only ordered on Monday! Amazingly quick when our other options from elsewhere were multiple weeks!

We bought a garden furniture set.
Initially customer service was good, followed up on delivery times and was delivered on time.
We like the furniture however there are multiple differenr size cushions all labelled with letters according to the instructions. We had 1 missing but two of a different size so had the correct number of cushions but obviously one was two small. After numerous phone calls and emails advisor said checked with warehouse and manufacturer and this couldn't possibly happen and the additional incorrect package was purely administration error on labelling.
Clearly it's not as we do not have the correct number of different size cushions but can't get anywhere with the company so will have to put up with it.
Seems like good company if all goes well but hopefully you don't have any issues with your delivery as probably will get a poor response.

Hi ordered the luna pergola despite it being a late delivery. Both Garden trends and simplee delivered went above and beyond to get everything all sorted. I was really pleased with the installation and the care and attention the lads at Simplee took to make sure everything was set up correctly.

Helpful staff very friendly. Order was delivered extremely quickly with out any fuss. We purchased a display furniture set at a very reasonable price that we are over the moon with. Fantastic service.

Do not touch this company. Waiting over two weeks now for garden parasol and weights. Every time I call I’m told it’s about to be dispatched and with you in a couple of days. Never turns up. Fobbed off with excuse after excuse.

Ordered a Bracken 6 seater table and chairs, was told that the courier would contact me to arrange delivery, this never happened, just read how many other customers were also told that the courier would contact them and just turned up.

When the table and chairs arrived the table leg was damaged and the teak was not even varnished.

Contacted Garden Trends and they gave me various options, the one I agreed with was to receive £60.00 refund and a Teak care kit and touch up paint for the leg.

This was meant to be delivered by DHL, despite Garden Trends providing DHL with my correct address DHL claimed they could not locate my property, even though they never even attempted delivery, this went on for days, I telephoned Garden Trends requesting they use a different courier preferably one with some common sense. They said that they have no way of contacting DHL apart from through email. Why are Garden Trends using DHL if they can not telephone them?

Garden Trends said DHL would attempt to deliver the following day, they never did, they claimed that they would deliver between 9.00am and 10.00pm with no possibility of tracking.

After over a week I received the DHL delivery which did not contain the Teak care kit, just the grey touch up paint.

I contacted Garden Trends spoke with one of their staff to be told someone forgot to send both products at the same time, how stupid are Garden Trends staff? I am sure they are part of ‘I forgot.com’

The DHL saga continued, again they claimed that they would deliver between 9.00am and 10.00pm with no possibility of tracking. At 7.40pm their website said my package was back at the distribution centre.

This went on for a full week and I eventually received the Teak touch up kit.

Between Garden Trends and DHL they made buying this table and chairs a very bad experience, I would NEVER purchase from Garden Trends ever again and I recommend you do not either as they are totally clueless, why would you send a garden table and chairs out unusable?

Very poor customer service, one has to wait nearly 40 minutes to have your telephone call answered, they say they will call you back, they never do.

A very unprofessional and dishonest company.

The sooner these rouge companies go out of business the better.

Firstly… be very aware of this company. Read all reviews. I did but thought they couldn’t be that bad… I was wrong! Awful experience. Bracken Colorado dining set almost seems like seconds. Scratches on table leg, faulty,Regarding chairs… mis shaped Drilled holes resulting in washers and screws not fitting. Paid £1800. Not worth the money at all.

Very fast delivery with no quibles returns.

Wouldn't even give them 1 star but I couldn't write a review without doing that. Would not touch them with a barge pole, spent thousands of pounds on an outdoor kitchen and they mucked us around with delays and delivery, I waited in all morning and called up and they said the delivery had been cancelled but if I hadn't called they wouldn't have let me know. Then when they finally deliver, it is a curb side delivery, they will not take into the back garden, so the guy that delivered had a trolley to deliver to the curb yet I am expected to carry to transport on my own into the garden. The rude lady when I called said it's on our website that we only do a curb side delivery. I have never known this when you spend thousands of pounds on furniture and equipment they just dump it outside on the curb.

I emailed Garden Trends twice (before and after delivery) and each time my concerns were answered promptly, setting my mind at ease.
Delivery went without any problems.

Customer service representative unsympathetic and unhelpful.

We visited the Moss End branch and spoke with Laura she was very helpful and guided us through the choices we decided to purchase our patio furniture. The delivery very quick within days and the guys delivering it were so good.
Great job I would recommend Garden Trends without hesitation.
