Avoid this company – terrible service and communication.
I ordered a product in late April which arrived damaged and with missing parts. Garden Sanctuary offered a token £14 refund and said the missing parts would take 7–8 weeks to arrive—completely unacceptable for something meant to be used during a sunny week. I replied immediately and followed up several times, but they’ve ignored me since. I’ve now had to escalate the issue through Clearpay.

Looking at their reviews, I now realise I’m not the only one. They have a clear pattern of poor customer service and slow responses. I strongly warn others not to buy from Garden Sanctuary—save yourself the hassle and disappointment.

I have recently bought and paid for a new garden shed to be delivered.

The process was completed transaction had been completed and no warning or notification on the site to say that there would be additional charge for where I've (ohh except a little pdf you have to open a read yourself, which I noticed after my purchase and was made aware of the additional payment.

After emails back and forward the company would not reconsider or except this fact and I have had to yake a refund with no customer support in the fact it had already been paid for and bought

IF YOUR WANTING DELIVERY CHECK THEIR FULL SITE AS THEY WILL NOT MENTION ADDCHARGES YNTIL AFTER YOU PAY

I was very pleased with the metal bike shed I ordered, customer service was good with any queries I emailed answered promptly, would use again.

This is a fantastic water feature for the price!
It creates a lovely tranquil sound and the ambience given by the led lights is lovely.
The colour and texture of the water feature looks great and at this price point, you can’t go wrong.
Highly recommended!

Bought this waterfall as a gift for my sisters garden. When
she opened it the top piece had cracked. I was firstly concerned it was too late as I’d bought it a few weeks before her birthday and it wasn’t opened (even to inspect at delivery). I emailed Garden Sanctuary and sent pictures hoping they may have at least a replacement piece.
A no quibble replacement was sent out immediately. I’d expect that from John Lewis

Well made and easy to put together

Units went together well and easily and they looked nice and stylish. I used them in my plant 'wigwam' ideal for trays of seedlings and young plants. contemplating buying 2 more.

Great little table for a small garden. Easy to assemble. It has a hole in the centre for your garden umbrella. The table was on sale at a great price. Very pleased with my purchase.

The customer service was outstanding! The fireplace arrived on time and was handled with great care. It looks fantastic nestled under the 70-inch TV.

Should have read reviews before ordering, gate is not fit for purpose, ridiculously thin and flimsy, complete waste of money, too expensive to return.

I ordered a Aluminium Framed Greenhouse in November for a Christmas Present.

We spent two days trying to build the product and realised quite quickly that the materials were flimsy (and dangerous) and the build quality, extremely poor.

We found the manual quite difficult to follow and many of the elements would not stay together. However, we did follow the steps but unfortunately the frame collapsed - weather conditions were perfect at the time with no breeze.

By the time we came to erect the Greenhouse, the 30 day period of return had been exceeded and Garden Sanctuary were not prepared to accept the product back but only offered a £20 refund.

I paid £284 for something which has now been taken to the tip.

Do not buy a gate from these people! Terrible cheap quality! Gate is so thin it would not stop anything breaking it! Hinge brackets are so thin you can bend them with your hands! Maybe my fault for buying a gate for under £100. Will probable take it to the tip as not worth the hassle/cost of returning it! Feel very cheated!

Bought some flooring, they then sent something completely different. When i questioned it, they changed their picture on the listing and refused to refund me

I ordered a metal garden storage chest, but the parcel containing the fittings never arrived. The company insisted there was only one parcel for my order but after a few back and forth emails decided they had sent me the wrong parcel and agreed a refund. The parcel was collected for free and the refund received. I'm glad to be honest as I wouldn't have wanted to keep the chest as the metal was very flimsy, and I cut myself quite badly on the very sharp edges. So a load of hassle for nothing but at least I'm not out of pocket.

Ordered a garden gate, it's made from soft matchstick wood, wouldn't survive breath of wind? Cheap and nasty? Asked for collection and refund and like previous customer's they want us to pay return?
Gate is not fit for purpose, not as advertised?

NO updates, NO Customer Service

To start with, Gmail automatically put the order into spam (not the seller's fault), however we did not get any updates for the delivery. Luckily it arrived right before I was leaving home for work, otherwise it'd be a nightmare to rearrange.

The product was usable but not exactly what we expected based on the pictures, so we have been trying to check (not arrange) a return method. The return method was not mentioned in the order confirmation email nor with clear steps on their website. We contacted customer service THREE times, even though their website says 'reply within 48 hours', it's been a week and NOTHING.

So far terrible experience, and we might have to keep the product that we are not 100% satisfied with.

Received our media fire, very pleased with our purchase. Great value n service would highly recommend

Brought a wall mounted electric fire and it has stopped working after only 7 months .
very bad after service. Will be referring to trading standards

Just terrible quality

Delivery slower than a tortoise still waiting 3 weeks later for flooring that should have been delivered in 2-3 days! I could have collected it quicker your only 7 miles away!
