Hello All, I am writing this review as I was initially skeptical of going with Garden House 4U. While they have a showrooms in Co Clare, there office was in Co Tipperary and when you ring first to enquire about a Garden House you are speaking to someone in the UK. Also, the Gardrn Houses are manufactured in Estonia. So give how this seemed disjointed I researched further to see if the company was legit and I can confirm to anyone currently researching the Company it is 100% legit. Now that I have a new Garden House from Garden House 4U, I will share my experience. Firstly, I had read a lot of reviews on the Web and overall they were positive, with a few negative on after sales etc. Well my experience has been 100% from start to finish. Once I had agreed the Garden House I wanted (which I got a great deal in one of there sales) with the UK office I was then hooked up with Catherine who is the Irish Representative and she could not have been more helpful throughout the process and when getting a product [Kaarlo 44 Garden House] like I did, I needed a lot of consultation. Catherine was not only available to ring, if she was not available she would ring me back every time. Catherine, has also checked in since the project was completed to ensure everything was to the standard I wanted. When I order my product I was given 10/12 week turn around time for delivery, but I'm happy to say my Garden House was all done started in 8 weeks from when ordered and paid the deposit. The project took a couple off weeks to build as I had a concrete foundation to be layed first (which I would recommend, rater than the probate base as my Garden House is 25sqm). All in all the project was completed well before the expected delivery date, I was give at the start which was fantastic. Regarding the build team which was a team of 3 and head up by Daniel and both Daniel and his team where fantastic through the process. Daniel was so easy to work with and he accommodated anything I wanted throughout the project. As you see a project unfold like this something can change in your mind on how best to place doors etc. and it was fantastic that the design gave options to change layout prior to build, which Daniel just facilitated. As the project was unfolding I wanted a finish around the base, which I had not orded from the start and I wanted a probate path around the Garden House which both Daniel and Catherine facilitated no problem. Prior to the project been complete I said to Daniel that I would like to do a snag list before he finishes and there was no issue with this also. I did not have a long list but I inspected the building from top to bottom and only a couple of snags found, which you would expect on any job like this. These snags were all complete for me without an issue. I can not compliant Daniel and his team enough and they build a fantastic Garden House. I know this is a long review but if you are paying out over 20k I think it deserves an accurate review, as I said from the start I was a bit skeptical but now I could not recommend Garden House 4U enough. We have made such a great investment and we look forward to the years ahead and the fun we will have as a family and with friends. Thanks to Gaeden House 4U, Catherine and Daniel for such a great experience and fantastic Garden House.

Gardenhouse 24.ie is a trustable company. Right from the start we experienced great communication with Catherine in the office and everything went on schedule to the hole process. The delivery team were very helpful and Brian from the team who fitted the unit was outstanding. We had a great experience and we totally recommend Gardenhouse 24.ie and their team.

From the first day we met Catherine in Clare we knew we were in good hands. Our unit arrived very quickly within weeks by a lovely friendly driver who made easy working of craning it into our small site. Catherine efficiently communicated start dates and Brian and his team did a wonderful job putting up our unit in horrendous weather conditions. I do not hesitate to recommend this company and their wonderful staff. Thank you all.

Gardenhouse24 are an excellent company to deal with. Their products are of great quality and Catherine is with you every step of the way, explaining and answering all questions and concerns. The team came back to fix some minor issues and the communication was great. Highly recommend.

Spent all summer looking for the right summer house/ cabin for our garden. Travelled the country and back until I came across “ garden house 24” on Facebook, followed this up with a lovely spin to the beautiful village of Milton malbay / Spanish point where I came across the lovely Cathrine who gave me her Undivided attention from start to Finnish . We now have a hot tub and lachlan 44 cabin in our garden in south Kilkenny where we feel like a piece of heaven has been added to our family home. The installers were both friendly and prompt but Catherine is the person who put it all together for us and continues to support us with any after service we need from paint to hot tub set up. Want a cabin or hot tub in your garden where you want it stress free? Talk to garden house 24….. talk to Catherine!

We bought 24m2 wood house in flat pack and we are really happy with it.

Excellent service, Catherine was very helpful, after a view to the showroom and placing the order online, Unit delivered within 4weeks. Was a self build and was fairly straight forward not to many issues. Overall quality was pretty good. Put together in one weekend, have no problem recommending or purchasing from again. Thanks

Very professional with their service, and Catherine was very helpful and polite, and kept us well informed of the tracking and delivery of our unit. The delivery driver Peter, was so helpful and assisted so much with the difficult access and narrow roads that lead to or house.

A very positive experience. I can highly recommend Gardenhouse24 on all counts, from initial contact with Catherine in main office, her continued support through my many phone calls until the carpenters arrived with the gardenhouse.
My neighbour (a very experienced carpenter/builder) was onsite during most of the build and was very impressed by the quality of all materials, and the thorough attention to detail that Brian (the gardenhouse24 builder) executed. He was fast, very professional and it inspired me with confidence watching him work.

This process exceeded expectations at every step. After deposit taken our garden room was delivered on a pallet a few weeks later. Catherine kept us informed about delivery and when the garden house would be constructed.The installation team led by Daniel arrived and did a flawless job. We hope to use Gardenhouse24 again in the near future.

Very nice garden house, which was built by very friendly and fast-working staff. The contact with the organization in advance also went smoothly and I was always informed by phone about the status of things. There is a star deduction because the resulting garbage cannot be taken away. The house is very high quality and I can only recommend it!

The customer service and professional approach by the team in Clare was without fault.
I had a small issue with a door that broke shortly afterwards but the matter was swiftly resolved by the installer who this time provided the excelent aftersales service
