Excellent company to deal with, great customer service, Catherine could not have been more helpful.

Got the Lisa B garden room and can't fault anything about the whole process. Catherine was excellent to deal with throughout and delivery was within the time stated. We were out of the country on holiday when we got the call about the delivery but we arranged for it to be dropped in over our back wall and in place for assembly for when we arrived home. I got the qualified builders to assemble it and they had it up within 8 hours. Unfortunately when they opened the packaging there was 2 windows broken during transit but they rang Catherine and they had them replaced and installed shortly afterwards. Anyone who has seen the garden room has said how good it looks and how solid it is and with proper maintenance will stand for years to come. It's a great addition to our home and basically another room to enjoy. A big thank you to Catherine and to Daniel and his installation team for all the help and professionalism they gave throughout.

Great Garden Shed and Fantastic Support from Catherine - we build the Shed ourselves but Catherine gave us so much guidance and support - highly recommend the high quality Gardenhouse24.

Beware of the Gardenhouse24 products:
1. Company seems to want to get your money asap, so you are hooked despite all the troubles you face with the product;
2. Deliveries seem to be delayed constantly, because there are no clear processes in place;
3. Often parts seem to be missing or damaged due to sloppy factory workers;
4. Quality of the materials used for the products seem to be bad, and make it almost impossible to have a good outcome;
5. Offered builders seem to be unqualified for the job, while bad materials multiply the problems;
6. Instructions seem to be useless for DIY build;
7. When customer has already paid all the bills, there seems to be high chance that Gardehouse24 will not solve their issues with the product;
8. Seems to have nonexistent after sale service as it is easier to just avoid customer requests, and bounce them around various "managers";
9. Seems to make big promises that are often under delivered;
10. Gardenhouse24 employees seem to mislead a lot to get away with all kind of problems arising from the product or processes;
11. GARDENHOUSE24 PROBLEM SOLVING TACTICS SEEM TO BE TO WARE OUT THE CUTOMER, SO THEY WOULD STOP COMPLAINING, INSTEAD OF SOLVING THE ACTUAL PROBLEMS;
12. GARDENHOUSE24 SEEMS TO NOT CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMERS;
13. IT SEEMS TO BE REASONABLE TO THINK TWICE, IS IT WORTH THE TROUBLE TO BUY GARDENHOUSE24 PRODUCTS?

From purchase through to after sales support Catherine and the team at Gardenhouse24 have been nothing short of exceptional, going the extra mile to assist and ensure that it was a seemless, speedy and effective process. Product delivered within time frame advised and additional changes also catered for. The garden room is of great quality and just as described on website. An exceptional company to deal with from start to finish.

My garden room was delivered and installed yesterday. Great excitement! It is already a source of joy to me as i plan my decor and how i will use it. I have retured and was looking for a lovely space to paint in, do some yoga and meditate in. Im a firm believer in every woman having a room of her own and this room is just perfect. Beautifully finished and with plenty of light so it couldnt be better.
The service from Garden House was top notch - efficient at all times and helpful. Catherine responded to emails promptly and with kindness and warmth and the team who arrived in the pouring rain to install it were fantastic.
I look forward to enjoying it for many years.

The build team, thank you!! You worked through torrential rain and I felf sorry for you but you kept going, excellent service and great craic. The Painters and Electrician, very professional in everything you done. Kept me informed of any delay in arrival and to the painters who did an extra job for me that was not factered in ( at additional cost) thank you. I am sorry I forget all your names but thanks very much, very professional experience all round.

The organization of Catherine and the tree day work of the builders were fantastic 🤩.

Purchased the Keith. 5stars to the kit manufacturer. Beautiful kit! We love it. However, we encountered serious vulnerabilities not only with the finished build, but also with the gardenhouse24 recommended/referred builder and with gardenhouse24 itself. Borderline nightmare, to put it mildly! After the first fall of rain (mere drizzle), seepage/leakage everywhere, the entire polyurethane wood to concrete seal failing miserably and utterly compromised. And while the concrete base was not cut to fit (cut to fit actually introduces and increases risk of base fracture), we are professionally advised by a structural engineer that, regardless of foundation size, when 'properly' sealed, this leakage/seepage should/could not have happened.
Enter problem number two, i.e. the now-you-see-me-now-you-don't, gardenhouse24 approved builder/sealer. Having returned to examine his debacle, paying absolutely no heed whatsoever to our shock and deep-set concern, the builder/sealer was intent on doing exactly the same sealing procedure, using the same sealant, again (Einstein's definition of insanity). However, we were more interested in hearing an "I am completely responsible for this mess" explanation as to why this happened, along with assurances regarding how long this 'not-a-major-problem fix' would last. Little did we realize that a problematic build/seal could expose an even more problematic builder/sealer. In the middle of said conversation, without as much as a word, the builder/sealer actually did a runner, in the direction of his van, inexplicably and irresponsibly departing and driving off, contemptuously waving bye bye as he drove off. Sick and sad!
Enter problem number three, i.e. gardenhouse24's non-existent complaints process/department. Yep, it gets a lot worse! The response we received to our plea for help re both the build and builder was appallingly, carelessly and amateuristically defensive, dismissive, manipulative and evasive. Akin to complaining to God about one of his angels regarding the builder and all our fault re the build, i.e. the size of the concrete base. If I knew then what I know now, I would have not only built the exact same size foundation, I would have built it a lot bigger. Having completed the foundation, I would have built an additional concrete/brick (non-porous) footer upon said foundation, to fit and raise the build. Having completed the build, I would have then used a damp-proofed concrete and sand mix to raise the internal floor of the Keith garage. Result -100% guaranteed no leakage/seepage from the outside-in and no rising dampness for the wooden walls. Furthermore, an additional 100% guaranteed no chance of dampness rising from the foundation internally. Hence, regarding (and regardless) of foundation size, beware of this very serious vulnerability that invariably applies to all such builds. Get independent 'professional' advice on same before purchasing. Regarding the gardenhouse24 approved builder, do it yourself or get a competent and experienced builder to do a 'proper' job. Regarding gardenhouse24, beware of a seriously unprofessional outfit who, aside from a quality kit and their capacity to sell to those who are already seeking same, they haven't got as much as a clue how to professionally and competently handle, caringly and respectfully respond to/deal with customer concerns.
P.S. To whom it concerns, spare me the additional BS you will undoubtedly counter-respond with. Stick to the facts! Only because we love the build (Keith), we would be dealing with the aforementioned matters of fact in an entirely different forum.

Aside from additional muddying of the waters, note well the flagrantly non-existent after sales care, service and support on open display from gardenhouse24’s response. If it looks like a duck, swims like a duck and quacks like a duck, then it probably is a duck!
Be aware, beware and be wise. Steer clear. Quick buck merchants!

Very happy with my garden sauna. Garden house 24 were very straightforward to deal with. Kept us posted on delivery timelines.

We had excellent help choosing the right Cabin for our needs from |Laura. In the end it was the Windsor 44. There has recently been negative publicity about other companies selling Cabins but Catherine put our minds at rest straight away. Our Cabin was fantastic quality, great value and delivery was in the promised time frame. We also had a great team of builders. They were very hard workers right down to the finest detail, working from dawn to dusk!

It took a few weeks to get the Cabin manufactured and delivered. I took advantage of an offer which included having the Cabin erected and that was done in a (long) day by a great team who did a lovely job. Very happy with the service. Great looking Cabin too!

The cabin arrived two months after we ordered it online. It took my husband a week to put it up. We are very happy with the result. It looks fantastic. The quality is great. Hope it will last many years. Catherine and her team were helpful.. Answered our questions and ensured prompt delivery. Highly recommended.

We have had a Gardenhouse24 log cabin for about a year now and couldn't be happier with it. Catherine and everyone we dealt with through the purchase and install process were thorough and extremely helpful. Catherine in particular was very attentive in the after-sales period when we needed to purchase a replacement door.

Was very fast delivery. Good communication on the phone. Manual could be clearer. Was issue with windows and doors, but easily rectified.

Was very happy with the Sauna installation in my garden. The sauna was delivered within the timeframe specified when I ordered it. It took two and one half hours to install and I was very satisfied with the quality of the work. Overall very satisfied.
