Ordered the leather under arm bag on 2/22/26 as of 3/31/26 still haven't received and I wanted to use on vacation thats coming up shortly. Received w different tracking numbers one from Italy and one from China so I have no idea where it's coming from. As others have stated customer service just trys to be polite but gives no assistance with helping the situation. Horrible experience and ready to return bag just because of this issue.

They over billed my invoice on my credit card and the product I ordered was never delivered in a month and a half! Use at your own risk.

Four weeks and waiting. You get almost immediate reply from customer service however, just polite lip service. I WOULD AVOID THIS COMPANY! If you do order use AMEX so you can dispute you charge if order is not received….

They charged me $22.13 then gave it to PayPal and charged $28.77. I don’t have a PayPal account. I can’t get in touch with them to complain.

I haven’t received the items I ordered and I have been given fictitious tracking numbers with different shipping companies.
Just keep being asked to be patient, but do nothing to resolve the issue.

This is a FAKE company will not ship your item or give you tracking or refund you. Stay away!!! Fake customer service.

Still dont have the order. Tracking number appears to be fictitious and now they have given me a new tracking number which doesnt belong to my package. total scam

Misleading Process

I made an honest mistake while placing my order and realized it within 10 minutes. I immediately contacted customer service to cancel, well within 24 hours. However, despite multiple follow-ups over the next three days, I received no meaningful help. Instead, I was told the order had already shipped and could not be canceled.
This kind of handling is unprofessional and extremely frustrating — especially when I acted quickly to fix the issue. Now I have to go through the trouble of returning the items and paying for return shipping, even though this could have easily been avoided if they had acted promptly.
The entire process felt misleading and dismissive. I would not recommend this company based on how they handled my situation.

The bathing suit I ordered was stretched out and did not fit right at all. I've emailed 12 times so far trying to RETURN the suit and all they respond with is "7 USD is really the highest compensation I can give you within my ability." They will not honor my request to return for refund.

The worst company ever refuse to send me the address for a return. I spent $30 on product and they offer me 6. Dollars so I don't have to send it back if I wanted to keep the product i would

I ordered 2 Christmas garage door covers (11/24). I have still not received them (5/25). The total was $119, they charged me $139. They admitted to 'due to an error' of overcharging me. But they still have not reimbursed me for that. They provided a tracking number that I was not able to track. Then they said that it was marked delivered. But it wasn't. They told me to check with my post office. I did but the number was untrackable. Then they provided another tracking number and it showed it was delivered. Now they won't even answer my emails. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.

I snagged this game for my little nephew and hes hooked! Keeps him entertained for hours plus helps train his reaction skills; way better than expected.

I snagged this for training reflexes—its legit challenging and keeps you on your toes. Has decent build quality tho feels slightly flimsy but still delivers loads of fun especially during chill time indoors.

Overall decent quality and acceptable price point for whats offered. Material feels sturdy but could benefit from more vibrant colors or smoother finishes. Enhancing instructions for clearer gameplay would improve user experience slightly.

I ordered a decorative flower letter for my daughter. On arrival it was damaged and such poor quality. I have had nothing but misleading information from them. I have uploaded the photos as requested and they are yet to issue a full refund.
This organisation is dreadful. Do not order from them. A one star does not suffice.

i wish there is a rating worse than 1star. i ordered a christmas garage door decoration since the first week in december 2024.. it is February of 2025 and i have still not received it. I got a little package with a cheap ring in it.. nothing close to what i ordered.. i have been given the run around for weeks. this gardenerk.com is a fraud.. buyers beware they are thieves...

Our Christmas garage door cover was ordered a week before Thanksgiving 2024 and we just received it January 22nd 2025. If that wasn't bad enough considering it was supposed to be a Christmas present, they sent the wrong one and now they're saying they won't issue a refund. Do not order from this company ever.

Placed order in November. Inquired about 17 times. All I've gotten is "canned responses," about shipping problems, delivery to wrong address, etc.
When I started tracking the order, it claimed to be tied up in Spain's Custom and US Customs.
Still waiting for order as of 01/03/2025

I placed an order in mid November and have yet to receive it. When you read about the company they say they are from Texas. My package if it ever comes is from Ireland! I have contacted the company for a refund and was told they did their part by processing to order quickly and they are not responsible for the shipping. Total scam.

What a terrible company. Will never order here again. They added extra charges to my bill without my knowledge and charged my credit card. I got scammed. And dont het sucked in paying for expedited shipping because they add shipping insurance to it and the shipping isnt expedited…it takes forever. Be careful ordering from this company I highly DO NOT recommend.
