Really pleased with chairs only hoping they look as good in time as the one chair looks almost as the rattan is split in one small place, only hoping it doesn't split completely. That's the only reason I didn't give 5 stars.

I was looking for a recliner chair on the website and i came crossed this Bistro set, 2 chairs and coffee table, Perfect. I was looking for a recliner for my husband who suffers with Lewy Body Dementia. So I ordered on Sunday 6th June and they arrive Friday 11th. The delivery man was very polite and put it in the garage as I thought I would have to build it up but thank goodness it was ready to use.
It looks good and is comfortable, well it is for me but my husband struggles as you have to pull out the handle on the side whilst pushing back to recline and the foot rest to come up, then again pull out the handle to sit back up, he finds it very difficult and frustrating. I didn’t realise it worked like this I thought you would pull out the handle and it would recline quite easily.
It’s not a fault with the chairs it just my husband struggle to work out what he has to do, no matter how many times I show him he forgets. So I just wanted to make others aware who are in a similar situation before they buy.

Lovely reclining chairs & table, very comfy cushions, no assembly required which was a bonus, very competitive price, but nothing cheap about the quality of the chairs & the reclining mechanism, very robust. Will definitely be dealing with The Garden Centre Shopping again!

Ordered and paid for two recliner chairs in February 2021 and was promised delivery by the end of march 2021 was called by Dominic in early march to say that the chairs we ordered was not what we were going to get and gave me £100 discount but still promised delivery by the end of march, on the 6th of April I phoned the garden centre to be told by Dominic I would have the chairs by Friday the 9th so we could sit on them before going back to work from lockdown on the 12th courier company told me on the Friday that the chairs were in Birmingham Friday 9th night time and could not get them until Monday the 12th on Wednesday the 14th courier said they were delivering between 1-5pm at 4:50 called the courier to be told they was too busy because of Easter and the shops reopening to deliver. Asked garden center for my money back was told 3 days money would be refunded still have not received my money back and have now instructed master card to file a dispute on my behalf. Worst company I have ever had to deal with they tell nothing but lies and have had my money in their bank account since early February today's date is 22/4/21. Avoid this company and their lies.

I have just received excellent aftersales customer service. When the piston on my reclining garden chair seized up well beyond the warranty period the team found me a replacement. This might not sound too impressive but all this was done through the pandemic and whilst it took three months through lockdown they didn't forget about me and came up with the goods.
Well done, just need some decent weather now!

This is a follow on from a previous review regarding a new garden furniture set consisting of 2 chairs and 1 table in which 1 of the chairs collapsed when first sat on, total cost £949. When the Garden Centre eventually got in touch with me they told me a new chair would be delivered Friday 26th June. I had to work that day so my wife who is also self employed took the time off. I rang her in the afternoon and she said a nice man had dropped a chair off in the garden and she had dashed off back to work. When I got back I was very annoyed as I found the chair had a chip and mark on the arm, no makers label on the back and the foot cushion was already fitted which proved to me this was a second hand chair which was most probably ex showroom. I emailed them the following day to complain and tell them I wanted a new chair, a manager to call and apologise and offer some sort of compensation. This also means me or my wife will have to more time out of work which means more money lost when they do decide to come and replace the second hand chair they have tried to palm us off with. I recommend people not to use this company as they have no idea on how to treat there customers if there are any problems.

I ordered 2 rattan rocking recliners with table unfortunately they were a pre order which I never realised would take longer to deliver ( my fault ) when I called , I was informed pre orders take a little longer to arrive. I needed the items much sooner. I spoke to Dominic who couldn’t be more helpful. My order was cancelled and my £949.00 was back in my account within a couple of days
I will definitely be ordering in the future .

I love my rattan rock and recline furniture. Couldn't believe it was PVC it looks like real rattan. The cat loves it too!! Delivered within 5 days. Excellent service from Garden Centre Shopping.

I have recently bought this Single Reclining Rattan Chair for my grandfather so that he can sit and relax in the balcony. He is thrilled with the chair and finds it very comfortable and it also looks amazing!! Highly recommended!!

I love my new winawood bench. It was really easy to assemble, and it's still looking good after 6 months outside during this hot summer. I am considering buying another, and will definitely be recommending them to my friends.
