Beautiful

Beautiful, chunky, well made and comfortable. The wood is beautiful and treated, but will last a long time. Bought as a birthday gift for my dad and he loves them.

Garden furniture arrived quickly and at…

Garden furniture arrived quickly and at first seemed great. However, the finish was not up to a very good standard. One large bolt was not where it should be and therefore made one of the slats higher than the rest. Many screws were out of line or not in properly and there were many splinters and stray bits of wood. Luckily my husband managed to sort everything out eventually. If it wasn't for the poor finish I would have given it 5 stars as it does look good and chunky. The product should go through a final inspection before being sent out as the finish was poor. Hopefully we can enjoy it for years to come now it's been sorted by ourselves

Paul Johnson and his work mate Max.

Paul Johnson and his work mate Max. Working in Burscough and Ormskirk areas.
They've built an amazing patio for me. I absolutely we love it.
They came and went left me with hardly any mess, they were pleasant to have on my property. I only had to make cups of tea and give them water as it was hot weather. They worked quickly and at a very reasonable price.
I would recommend them and would definitely use their services again .
All my friends loved what he's done it just needs the rest of the garden to match it.

Great service and furniture.

I ordered a wooden table and chairs set last week. It was delivered yesterday as communicated and me any my husband put it together this morning.

It was easy enough to assemble and it is stunning. Great service and furniture. I would buy from this website again in the future.

Good communication

Good price, prompt delivery, good communication. Awaiting some response to slight defects in product (manufacture error) which we've reported to Garden and Patio.

Nice company to deal with

Communication was very good with the company. We were kept informed and they were very friendly. We had to be patient with our order as the shed we wanted was out of stock for a long time. It arrived eventually as promised so we are happy now with the new shed. They seem to be an honest company to deal with.

Great choice, easy order, fast delivery

It was easy to choose the right product, even easier to order and the delivery went as promised. There was even the bonus of the carrier leaving a hardwood pallet which has augmented the log pile 😊

Great Product, Great Experience

Excellent experience from start to finish. The shed was the best value in its category. The instructions were very easy to understand and putting it together was relatively straightforward. All parts were delivered and there were plenty to complete the job. Communication throughout was excellent too and the team at G&P updated when there was a small delay in delivery.

I ordered a Palram Gazebo from this website, was very smooth and easy, the gazebo arrived 7 days later in perfect shape and their support team kept me updated on the shipping details... great experience

Do not order from these people

Do not order from these people - i cannot express this enough i am a nhs member of staff and am disgusted

I ordered a play house for my daughters they took the money straight away and then email saying not in stock - still waiting for a refund - told would be 24-48 hours now over 72 hours and cant do anything until monday!

Item was still saying in stock and have now also put price of product up when not even in stock!

I have had to chase them and has caused stress - i now do not have money to purchase another play house for my daughters as money has not been refunded

Very poor service and lack of empathy also

Do not order from them

Complete joke and let down by supplier but it became my problem

Complete joke, incompetence of the highest order from ordering a gazebo through them and one of the businesses they supply to, 3 months later, let them down, and i had to chase and chase to get a resolution. Had to wait a full 20 weeks to complete my patio set. Never using them again.

Ordered the Milan 3 piece corner sofa…

Ordered the Milan 3 piece corner sofa set and after 3 days, confirmation and delivery information they cancelled my order due to lack of stock even though their supplier is restocking the item next week.
Customer Service was shocking - When saying I was disappointed I got the response ' you're not going to be the only one' I then asked if they had any other garden furniture in stock and I got the reply ' no , not really'!

Thinking I may get more help via email I decided to email customer services - After their first email saying the item is out of stock they didn't respond to me.

Pay a little bit extra and go somewhere else to avoid disappointment and poor customer service.
