The experience helped me improve my self-management and communication skills, although more structured guidance would have made it even better. Overall, a decent learning experience for beginners

As a Fresher, Students generally don't have any idea on how to proceed with the next step and we know how competitive is our Job market today in India. But What impressed me here at Gaotek was ,it believes in the success and growth of the students(when students don't trust themselves).

The "past ME" would not have believed this or even I have no idea about how well I've improved myself on so many facets; my communication,confidence boosted in these last 4 months I've worked here.

It was a really great experience for completing my internship program here. I have learnt a lot of corporate thing through it and development some effective skills through it.

My Experience was great at GAO TEK. I really wanted to get this HR Internship and was very nervous throughout the interview process. And for a second, I thought that okay now I will not get selected. But by that same day night, I got the Appointment letter, and I got on Board. And from January 01 2026, to 15th of April, I worked. I even got promoted to an ASL position for which I was so sceptical, but later worked so nicely that I even got 3 times an appreciation certificate for working as the best ASL for the weeks of March. Although there were some cons which were like, such as working till midnight, attending meetings lately. But at the end, I would definitely recommend Gao Tek if a person is a fresher and starting fresh to enter the corporate world.

In my side, Very good experience in my HR Domain. On this Intership I got so many new things and new experience, it's made me more experience in Onboarding, Hiring and Interviewing.

My experience with GAO Tek Inc was a good learning opportunity. The flexible remote work environment made it easier to manage my time and responsibilities. The team was very supportive whenever I needed help, and I was able to build confidence in handling responsibilities.

I have been appointed as an HR intern and within a month I jumped to Squad leader. So there is a rapid growth. But I feel an intern should be paid or given some stipend or atleast Given full time opportunity after completion.

Just as teams reached a great synergy, the cycle would end, which can sometimes impact project continuity. However, for those looking to develop digital communication and HR skills in a flexible environment, it’s a solid opportunity. I highly recommend it for students who are self-disciplined and looking to build a professional network.
