Great follow-up from support staff. Needs more clarity upfront on their website regarding the activation process (key vs account) but otherwise amazing service.

I've had a few problems at first but the support team helped me resove those problems and now everything is great

31 emails in and they still won't ammend the issue or even acknowledge the problem I have raised with them. Fair enough they sent an account which is completley useless to me but one person said I could pay the difference to get the digital code... 30 messages later and many failed attempts to make payment and they appear to have no intention of fulfilling my order. I would like to give a good review if this was resolved straight away but it is a nightmare using customer services and no telephone number to speak direct. Read everything before purchase because they will not help you after

It so far worked well

They send a global shared account instead of a game.
This was mentioned nowhere in the process of ordering.
They denied a refund because they said it was mentioned, when is send screenshots they just denied refund.

Update: I was then asked to reconsider my review because it affects their reputation. When I asked what had been resolved, I received a message that said that if I update or revise my review, they will gladly continue to assist me.
So this is my updated review.

Support is offered on condition of changing the review. Order still unresolved.

I purchased a 6-month Xbox Game Pass for my son. It wasn't a digital code; it was access to another account, which breaches Microsoft's own terms of service and isn't safe or secure for my son to use. I asked for a refund as soon as I got the email with the account details, but they refused even though I have never accessed the account. Avoid this company — I am now raising a chargeback with my bank.

Got scammed, dont buy anything from this website. I cant add the account on my xbox

Failure to give me my money back on a game I bought and they havent given me the game this is absolutely disgusting and disappointing I will never recommend this to anyone and I will also state that it gives you an account with the game on not even a digital code or a actual copy of the game an account with the game on that you cant play as you dont own it so this review will not be deleted if so I will put it back up this is a failure and I will report this as fraud and never use this website ever again it dosent state anything about the game or the account and they can access your games this is appalling and I cant wait for this all to be resolved
