i bought epic gta v account from…

i bought epic gta v account from gamesrift the iteam was added into the cart, they did the deduction and when i check the order there was no detail for that account and when i clicked on the order it says that its out of stock, how come you do deduction for something which is out of stock, then i wrote to support team and even after 48hr no response from them. it absolute scam ...!!!
