Apologies for the inconvenience, but we’ve just been notified that this item is temporarily out of stock while our distributor replenishes the key inventory.
Unfortunately, we can’t provide a guaranteed restock timeline—it can sometimes take just a few hours, but in other cases, it may take over a week. The last restock 2 days ago came back in again in 1 day but due to the huge popularity of the game it went back out of stock again. I am quite confident it does come in quite quick and hopefully before the weekend but I just wanted to let you know there is a chance it does not. The same applies to all official distributors.

I requested a refund, twice. It's been a week and still nothing.
UPDATE: They made things right, and were very professional and prompt, about it. Looks like their replies never got to me, so hopefully it doesn't happen to anyone else. With that being said, I am updating this Rating.

We’d like to clarify that we did attempt to respond to your message promptly, but unfortunately, our replies bounced back. We're happy to provide proof of this, should you require it.
Additionally, we processed a full refund for your order on July 17th. This is an instant refund as it was done via PayPal. If there are any issues with the return of the payment you should contact PayPal however that should already show completed.

Customer service are amazing
Sold me a a game but had no key for thr game but I also purchased 2 dlcs at the same time, so I got the entire transaction refunded and purchased the additional that came with all dlc but this cost me more, was contacted by support who not only refunded my first purchase but refunded the difference of the second purchase they went above and beyond what most customer service would, I was initially very annoyed being sold something they didn't have but incredibly impressed with how they rectified the issue and made it right

Could you please elaborate more on the situation. Where are you seeing this message?
Could you possibly send us screenshots of the error so we can try to assist you further.
I can see that you have also made another purchase and another 1 star review just now. We would appreciate if you could get back to us so we can assist. We sell keys that come direct from authorised distributor so we are able to assist you straightaway if you can get back. You should not be seeing a faulty message.

Issue with Key Resolved!
I had the misfortune of having problems on getting the key right away due to a Region issue. But once I got in contact with the customer support, they where able to solve the issue quickly and efficiently. Safe to say that the Customer Support Team is one of the best I've seen and I can say with confident that you can trust the website/store. You will see me shopping here again.
