At Gambit Gaming, we create and design Premium Video Game inspired clothing at our office in Yorkshire, England. We set out with the aim to create something that didn't exist; Gaming T-shirts, Hoodies and Hats, created with Premium materials, that aren't loud, Bold, brash and childish. Our goal is to redefine and reimagine what Gaming Clothing is, to create timeless and iconic products that our customers would be proud to wear anywhere. Our Clothing is, where possible, 100% cotton. We make embroidered crests; so there’s no fading or peeling of stuck on designs and logos. Every member of the Gambit Team, has a passion for Gaming, and every one of our garments is something we’d personally wear. We hope that this shows in our designs and care for detail throughout everything we do.

Brilliant communication and high quality
Brilliant communication with James. Royal Mail made a mess of my order and I had to contact the seller. James sorted it out and had a new order sent out. The clothes are great and high quality. They also wash well and don’t deform. Highly recommend!!

Thank you for your feedback. I’m truly sorry to hear that your experience with us has not met your expectations.
I notice that this is the first time we’ve been made aware of the issue, and it’s unfortunate we didn’t have the opportunity to help resolve this for you before receiving your review.
From 20th November, we clearly displayed a notice on our website advising of a 10-working-day processing time for embroidery and quality checks, in addition to delivery timeframes (10–12 business days in your case). This was also outlined in the confirmation email sent at the time of your order, which, given the time of your order indicated delivery could extend into the new year.
Your parcel was dispatched on 12th December, and tracking details were sent to the email you provided. From what I can see, the tracking indicates the item has now been delivered, and I sincerely hope it has arrived in time for Christmas.
If there are any issues at all, please do get in touch with me directly, and I will do everything possible to assist.

As a small business, we work hard to meet our estimates and to communicate as transparently as possible, but unfortunately, courier delays are outside our control.
