If I have the option to choose a zero star or better still, a negative star, that would have been my rating option.

I thought I had done enough research before I embarked on investing on Galins.com. I was misled even though I expressed my skepticism at the onset. I was shown the option to purchase 30 domains as a minimum but at the time I was ready to go ahead, I was only left with the option to purchase 80 domains after opening the account with them. I went ahead and paid for them and was told to expect a phone call from a U.S-based rep which actually followed and she gave me her number to reach out to her if I ever needed to. That appeared assuring and a good customer service. I am based in Europe but was also given another name and phone contact in Nigeria to assist me. When after one week, one month, two months, etc I didn’t see any movement in sales and returns on my investment, I tried the number, all to no avail. I sent them messages via the portal only for them to respond after several repeated messages with replies like “apologies, we are busy working on the sales”. The contact in Nigeria too has stopped responding to my calls and WhatsApp messages. She initially kept reassuring me that I will soon receive the dividends on my investment. This is nearly years on, no response from them and no refunds or returns on investment. The last time I reached her on WhatsApp was October 2025 after which I decided I will find a way to report this to the authorities.

I strongly advise everyone to avoid Galins.com and possibly help to forward this information to relevant authorities in the U.S. to investigate this fraudulent activities of Galins.com.

I invested with Galins via their Nigerian office after being shown evidences which i have now found out to be untrue but used to lure people in. I was told I could expect a return within the same month. In reality, I have only received emails about website visits and no actual return on my investment. Communication has become very difficult, and my follow‑up messages have mostly gone unanswered.

During the sales process I was shown screenshots of supposed successful website sales, which I now feel were misleading, as my own experience has not matched what was presented. Based on my personal experience, I am very disappointed and would not choose to invest with this company again.

I interacted with staff members who introduced themselves as account managers or support reps, but my concerns have still not been resolved. This review reflects my own experience and opinion so others can make an informed decision.
