I was threatened with legal action, and had to pay for nothing....
I have sold some stuff here without problems but in my experience you need to be careful.
I hade someone who wanted to buy something from me, but then did not replied so I Naturally flagged my listing to go back as active, then I started getting the notification to pay after the sold item...(Yes the item I had on an active listing - obviously an item which still was in my possession)
Then I wrote to customer service for help, they told me that I have to Flag the listing as buyer did not checked in for the item. So I did exactly that, then notified them so they can help me... they did not do shit, not even a reply, got another notification that I have to pay, I just ignored it. Then they started to threaten me with legal action if I don't pay...
What a nice experience:
I have to pay for a "sold" item which I notified them multiple times that the transaction did not happen and I still got the item, And I still got the active listing of the item...
So I paid them the fee, I hope they don't starve to death this way :)

We are sorry to see that you described your experience this way, as some important details are missing from your review.
The transaction took place on June 3, while it was only marked as unsuccessful on July 24. On Galéria Savaria, sellers have 21 days to indicate through the rating system if a transaction was not completed. This is necessary because the system uses this information to determine whether a commission is due.
Our customer service also explained which option should be selected so that the case could be handled individually. Unfortunately, a different option was selected and the transaction was reported after the 21-day deadline.
Most importantly, however, the commission in question was already credited back to your account during our customer service handling of the case, and we explicitly informed you of this in our response. This was done as a gesture of goodwill despite the transaction having been reported after the applicable deadline.
Therefore, contrary to the impression given by this review, the case did not end with you having to pay a commission for an unsuccessful transaction. The commission was credited back to your account and you were informed accordingly during the customer service process.
