I had a great experience working with your customer service rep Raymond Martin. Raymond was very professional, knowledgeable, and patient with me in canceling my flight with Delta and rebooking me with United Airline. He gave me more than one option to travel to Toronto from JFK to London Ontario or United Airline from Newark NJ to Toronto. I live in NJ so he found me a flight from Newark NJ to Toronto for just a few dollars more. He has very customer service skill. If he did not spend the time to get me the best fit for my trip I would have had to take a cab to NY going and coming that would have cost me 2-3 hundred instead he was able to get me that flight from Newark to Toronto at a later time which made me very happy. Thank you Raymond for your support. We need more staff like Raymond Martin because he represented his company as a professional as well as he was able to show patients and kindness to a senior. He should be reward for doing an excellent job.

Please please please I'm begging people do not book any trips with Galaxy Escapes they are a bunch of thieves don't make the mistake I went on booking.com to book a flight for 4 people only to connect with someone I taught the person was from booking.com because I was on booking.com web site so I went ahead and and book the flight from Atlanta to Miami it was 1000$ and plus I used Affirm to pay he was on the phone with me the payment went trough so they send the email not realizing they only give you a confirmation code which is letters when I called the airline to confirm American Airlines they asking for confirmation numbers so that's when I realized something is wrong and American airline said the flight is canceled when I give them the names on the flight and there's no other way to check because we only have confirmation code and that's letters so we go Con and we tried calling and calling and calling if you do get someone they have a nerve asking for confirmation numbers and they know they only give you confirmation letters they are a bunch of thieves scammers please don't book with them but you know why I'm even pissed because I went on my Affirm app and then I choose booking .com to book the flights so I'm angry because when I looked at the affirm payment it showing it was paid to GalaxyEscapes so I was like I never booked with galaxy so please be careful and Affirm not giving us our money back they can only put in a claim so I'm waiting to see if we would get our money but it’s not guaranteed

I had a terrible experience with galaxyescapes.com, and I would strongly caution anyone thinking about booking through them.

We booked a flight through their website and immediately noticed something was off — we didn’t receive a confirmation number for the booking. After contacting them and waiting anxiously, we finally received a confirmation. We checked our flight directly with the airline, and everything appeared to be fine. We felt relieved.

But about a week later, I had a gut feeling to check our reservation again — and thank goodness I did. Our booking was completely gone. The airline had no record of our tickets. Our flight had been canceled without any notification, explanation, email, or phone call from galaxyescapes.com.

To make matters worse, they will not answer or return any emails or phone calls. We’ve tried multiple times to reach customer service and have received absolutely no response. The lack of communication is beyond frustrating — it’s alarming. At this point, it honestly feels fraudulent.

Can you imagine showing up at the airport terminal, luggage in hand, ready for your trip — only to find out your reservations were canceled and you have no seat on the plane? That’s exactly the nightmare we narrowly avoided.

This kind of negligence is unacceptable. A travel booking company should provide prompt confirmations, clear communication, and most importantly, secure and reliable reservations. Instead, we were left stressed, scrambling for answers, and completely losing trust in their service.

I would not recommend galaxyescapes.com to anyone. Booking travel is stressful enough — you shouldn’t have to double- and triple-check that your flight even exists.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I called American to change a flight. A representative for the airline asked his supervisor if the change was allowed. He was told no apparently (according to American records), but told us yes. He then charged us $950 to change on behalf of Galaxyescapes, all the while still posing as an American agent. Now I am dealing with credit card fraud and identity theft.

If you do not want stay stranded anywhere you fly, do not purchase any tickets from this agency, if you want to cancel your tickets you will never get your money back from them they give you the round around and they can never give you a correct answer, if you purchased a ticket and the ticket was somehow canceled by the airline the agency will never call you and tell you it was canceled, they will lie and tell you they sent you an email, an email you can never find, and then you call them they hang up on you as soon as they recognized your voice, they want to put all these fake positive reviews

I'd give zero stars if I could. Find a decent fare, book it, then get a call a few minutes later saying that it's sold out. But I'm given options for alternate flights that are a bit pricier. All of which I decline. No more than 24 hours later, my credit card is deactivated because it's being used to order whatever India's version of DoorDash is. Thank you for absolutely nothing, but I hope you enjoyed your meals, "Daniel Smith."

It was the first and last time I use them within minutes of me ordering United Airline tickets I was sent an email stating United had not declined the sale. I was never told the reason why the sale was declined
