Ich habe vor ein paar Jahren einen Ring für meine Tochter bestellt, am Anfang war Kommunikation gut, aber nachdem ich den Ring erhalten hatte, war er anders als auf der Website. Er wurde nicht professionell angefertigt, er war so dünn, dass er sich verbiege, die schwarzen Diamanten sind so winzig, dass sie wie Sand aussehen, ich bin mir nicht sicher, ob sie echt sind, und der Ring war sehr teuer. Ich wollte den Ring zurückschicken, aber niemand antwortete mir. Ich möchte alle, die hier Schmuck kaufen möchten, warnen: Das sind BETRÜGER!!!, kaufen Sie niemals auf einer solchen Website, vor allem aus der Türkei. Eine Rückgabe ist nicht möglich und Sie erhalten Ihr Geld nicht zurück.

Steinverlust

Schon nach wenigen Tagen, fiel der erste Stein raus. Kundendienst reagiert nur mäßig bis gar nicht. Keine Rückgabe möglich, keine Antwort mehr erhalten. Auf keinen Fall bestellen.! Ein Fall für den Rechtsanwalt, leider..

Kein Zertifikat, kein Kundendienst! Ein Fall für den Rechtsanwalt!

Liebe Lesende,
Ich habe einen wunderschönen Ring für meine Frau gekauft. Dummerweise etwas zu groß. O.k....Hätte ich besser machen können. Das Unternehmen bietet einen kostenlosen Änderungsservice an. Dafür muss man den Ring aber als "Sample" nach Istanbul schicken...auf eigene Kosten... bewertet selbst, ob Ihr das tun würdet.

Im Lieferumfang haben sich keine Zertifikate befunden. Nach mehrfachen Rückfragen konnten mir weder Kopien, noch das Original der Zertifikate zugestellt werden. Wo kommen diese Steine denn her, oder sind es vielleicht doch nur Glassteine?

Der unterirdische Kundendienst bügelt alles ab....Ich bin schockiert, wie so ein Unternehmen noch eine Vertriebspräsens haben kann.
Vielleicht kann mir ja jemand helfen...

Sehr schlechte Qualität

Optisch ist es ein wunderschöner Ring aber nach dem zweiten Mal tragen sind jetzt schon 3 Steine rausgefallen.Die Qualität des Rings ist sehr schlecht.Auf die E-Mail hat Galapel bis heute nicht reagiert.Das ist nicht kundenfreundlich!!!

There were several issues with this…

There were several issues with this company.
1) they shipped to our billing address, and not my fiancées shipping address, ruining the surprise that he was going to propose.
2) the ring began losing stones within 3 days of wear. When contacted, we were told that to use the "lifetime guarantee" we would need to pay to ship the ring to Turkey, which their website did not say when we purchased the ring. It wasn't until after we complained that they added "at customer cost" to their site
3) customer service took a literal WEEK to respond to our initial message, not over a holiday or particularly busy season

Regarding your concerns, let me clarify our policies:

Concerning the stones falling out of your ring, we take this matter very seriously. While our rings are produced to the highest quality, gemstones can sometimes dislodge due to impact. Normally, this falls outside of our lifetime guarantee. However, as a goodwill gesture, we offer to repair such damages. Kindly note that in all cases covered by our lifetime guarantee, the upfront shipping cost to other services countries must be borne by the customer. Rest assured that we will cover the shipping costs for the return of the repaired ring.

We apologize for the delay in our customer service response. A week-long waiting period is unacceptable, and we're investigating the issue to avoid future delays.

Please provide us with your order number so we can proceed with resolving these matters to your satisfaction.
