Was quick delivery to the UK, and I absolutely love the necklace I purchased. It's so detailed and beautiful - very happy with it and cant wait to order more very soon.

The shipment time was absolutely great, between a week and two, so for me it was super fast! The ring (The Powerless one with the forget-me-nots flower) is stunning, I love it so much. I will for sure buy again from here, also the price is even less than I expected it to be for a stunning ring like this one. 🥰

I bought the Malec Wedding Band from the Shadowhunters collection and I absolutely love it. The ring is exactly what it promised to be - a perfect replica of the ring exchanged by Magnus and Alec. It’s beautiful. Even though the ring came to Ohio from Italy, the wait time was not that long. I will definitely be buying from them again.

Horrible experience. I made my purchase the 1st of September, it is now 18th October, and not only hasn't it arrived, they are ignoring my emails asking for a refund. Since it wasn't arriving, I sent various emails nearing the end of September, and I received a badly translated and unprofessional reply some days later, saying that my order may be lost, so they would send it again. It was supposed to arrive less than a week later. Now I'm more than a month late for a birthday present, and I don't have my money back.

Ordering was easy, shipping was easy to track, though it takes a while to arrive :) the jewellery itself is very pretty and seems really good quality :) I'll make another order soon :)

Come riportavano alcune delle recensioni, l'assistenza è pressochè inesistente, nessuno risponde alle mail se non giorni dopo. Come tanti qui, ho ordinato e non ho ricevuto il tracking subito, l'ho richiesto insistentemente e quando mi è arrivato il pacco era praticamente in consegna. La spedizione in Italia viene fatta con Raccomandata 1 delle poste italiane, ciò significa che bisogna essere necessariamente presenti all'indirizzo al momento della consegna in quanto bisogna firmare. Purtroppo per mia dimenticanza sul campanello non c'era segnato il cognome, pertanto al momento della consegna, visto che nessuno era presente, il pacco è stato direttamente rispedito al mittente senza nessun avviso. Ho richiesto cortesemente che, una volta tornato da loro, il pacco mi fosse rispedito ripagando la spedizione e ciò mi è stato accordato. Il problema è che da quando il pacco è tornato a loro nessuno mi risponde alle mail, e quindi mi ritrovo ad aver perso soldi e merce. Assolutamente sconsigliati, non comprate da loro perché qualsiasi problema accada non sarete supportati/considerati.

Fortunatamente alla fine ho ricevuto una risposta ai miei solleciti, mi hanno rispedito il pacco a mie spese, che nel giro di 3 giorni è arrivato. Niente da dire sulla qualità dei gioielli, mi sembrano bellissimi e ben fatti. C'è sicuramente da migliorare il loro servizio clienti, mi spiace ma così non me la risentirei ad ordinare.

Las joyas son preciosas. Compré un par de pendientes de dagas y hasta pinchan un poquito. Tienen mogollón de detalles. También compré un anillo y una pulsera. Súper contenta con mi compra. El envío tardó más de lo que esperaba, pero llegó a tiempo para el regalo que quería hacer.

I ordered a UOABH ring and it came a few days before the expected delivery date.

I placed an order for a Shadowhunter Locket necklace, shipping was delayed two weeks. When it finally arrived, it was a flimsy material, almost plastic. Inside of the locket was this gross residue. Very unhappy considering the price. Wouldn’t recommend

I am very happy with my Shadowhunters locked. It is beautiful and i got it within a week.

My niece wanted a specific necklace as a gift for her birthday. I ordered it on August 8th; by August 21st it said it was packaged. Today is September 3rd and there is no shipping information. It is as if it is sitting somewhere, waiting for someone to put a label on it and some stamps. I have ordered from overseas before but it never was this inefficient. This was a birthday gift. I guess it will become a Halloween gift too.

The product is amazing, the communication however was pretty rude and not very understanding, even after communicating this rudeness, it did not change.
However, I have ordered multiple times now and the products themselves are really nice.

I recieved the "bride" necklace in silver as a birthday present, the necklace is perfect, the quality is very good. I usually have problems with jewelry because of allergies but this one is giving me zero reactions, very happy with the product
