If you want jewellery relating to books look somewhere else, ordered 5 items beginning of November, customer service is shocking with no real communication to the seller at all. When the delivery was made it was made the 19th of December not only was it missing the items in question they just sent what they felt like and have seen similar experiences on the internet aswell these are not a trusted seller and will let you down

I've made several orders in this site, all of them went perfect.
Now my sister has bought 5 items from them, only 1 arrived, a bracelet and it came 2 of them. She tried to explain them that only one item came and it came doubled and she wanted the other 4 items missing and she would send them the other bracelet since she didn't paid for 2.
They didn't reply for weeks, and one day, Rudy (someone working there) answered saying he was going to send the correct order, passing 2 weeks nothing.... Never answering her emails.
Yesterday after almost a month, I started to send them several emails and DMs on insta, FB, TikTok, website,... they kept saying they would send the missing items and would talk with Rudy, the guy who answered my sister, to check with him. Today they said they were sending everything to my sister and they would not talk to me anymore being really rude, while my sister at that moment was sending them DMs and they were ignoring her.
Today they said they were going to send everything and after 1, 2hours out of nowhere, they replied to her saying they were going to refund the package in 2/3 days... She's wanting to see if she's having her money back. So frustrating... Now she doesn't have any Christmas presents to offer and she's without her money yet.. I have all the prints with the proofs.

Esperienza più che positiva con spedizione velocissima! Un anello semplicemente spettacolare! Ispirato alla saga di Game of Gods, con una cura dei dettagli davvero impressionante. La qualità è eccellente e dal vivo è ancora più bello che in foto.

Ordered over a month ago and have had multiple emails saying it is delayed. Every email i sent to them has been ignored for days at a time. Promised to dispatch my order numerous times and have not done so. Ordered as a Christmas gift back in November and it looks like it won't arrive in time. Terrible.

Mi dispiace che persone note mettano la faccia per brand del genere, annullano l'ordine senza che nessuno glielo dica, così... di loro iniziativa prima di Natale, dopo che con un ordine effettuato il 7 dicembre magicamente il 17 comunicano che gli articoli non sono disponibili, si sono comportati davvero poco correttamente bastava essere sinceri e dire che si erano dimenticati il mio ordine completamente
