Ordered the incorrect DVR they helped me find the correct one. Sent an RMA for the one I ordered and shipped the correct one that same day.

I've been a loyal customer since the early 2000’s even through the few rough patches of not so great equipment. I enjoy the new X series it was tough walking away from the Flux’s but I am glad I tried the X’s now considering the AI functions.

Amazing high quality reliable products with great pricing that allows me to pass that savings down to my customers or better profits. Always leading with the newest technologies. Customer support and tech support is always there to work with you. They are knowledgeable of all their products they sell in very clear understandable voice. Everyone reminds you as if you was speaking to a friend. I been with them for over 10yrs I never have a had a complaint. I own a small company but they always make you feel you are their priority. Always A+++ experience!
