I always visit GH stores in Klang Valley, mostly Sunway Pyramid and Mid Valley. I also follow their FB page, webstore and Shopee store. The only thing(s) with GH is that they always not synchronize... Näytä lisää

U sold something that was not in stock…

U sold something that was not in stock on your website, which is extremely inconvenient as I paid for it but now have to wait 5-7 days just to get back a refund through no fault of my own.

Poor service for voucher code

I didnt receive my voucher code yet but u dared asking me to rate your service?
It is stated the voucher will be send in 24 hours but now it is already 2 days. What happen?! Lame service. I also send enquiry to customer service but not reply almost 24 hours already

Don't purchase your items online

Don't purchase your items online. They say same day delivery on weekends and PH. but only if the items are not from the warehouse. don't understand WHY they even gave that as an option tbh.

Followed their rules, ordered before 11am to get same-day delivery. I messaged on What's App, the bot answered saying that it'll be delivered from 2pm-6pm, and will receive an email saying its been picked up. 330pm no emails, called their outlet and they tell me it can't be delivered cause its a weekend. I asked them about the same day delivery for orders before 11am on SATURDAY, SUNDAY, AND PH. And they said they cannot do anything about it. I get it, I understand. Then the company shouldn't have promoted the "Same day delivery on weekends and PH"

Had to call 2 different outlets for the customer service team to even contact me. My advice and experience, if you want the item JUST GO TO THE OUTLETS. I've seen other reviews on how their delivery is bad. Should've trusted the reviews and not given them a chance.

Not saying you shouldn't buy from here, just dont purchase online.
