SCAM! ❌❌❌☠️☠️☠️

Never received the product and periodically sent emails regarding my refund over the years. They used to respond to my emails, stating that the refund being 'processed' with no further information as to waiting time. Even knowing that in Britain, legally, refunds need to be processed within 14 days. its now 2024 and still no refund.

This is a scam company. I purchased in 2020 and they just stopped responding at some point, ignoring refund requests.

F(x)Tech is a scam company. As of writing this review, they are still lying to customers about the status of their orders. First they downgraded the higher end model of the Pro1X after people had paid for it, then they shipped out and sold the phone on random third party sites instead of sending it to those who had already pre-purchased it. Those who originally bought the phone still have not received it. Owners should be in jail.

Order #66097 was placed on January 10, 2023 and is currently Processing.

Really???? Totally scam. Stay away. Luckily there are no win no fees solicitors. See you in the court fxtec

I wish I could give 0 rating to this fraudulent company. I waited for my phone For a year and long enough and in the beginning they responded but now even they have no response to the court for my money claims procedure. Never trust them. Let’s be together and spread about them everywhere as much as we can to save people from their scam.

Ordered product 20211201 now September 2023 and still no product, just some messages every few months that they are working on it. Others coming up on nearly 3 years, and others not getting refunds after 6 months of cancelling. Not sure it is a scam and not just gross incompetence, but either way don't trust them

I have been waiting for my phone for years now. I am currently attempting to get a refund however they are obstructive and have not yet provided this. I have given them a reasonable deadline for this and they fob me off every time.

I bought the pro 1x over a year ago. Never shipped and no response from customer service. It’s a complete scam.

Most orders don't actually ship. They just take your money.

Also ordered a phone,
payed the full price with the order.

Till today didn´t get the phone or my cash back after my request for a refund.

Don´t buy anything from this company its totally scam.

Fxtec is absolutely scam company. My point is same as other IGG backers. Smartphone is heavily outdated for now and i still didn't receive it. Support "team" is now answering my questions via email, only stupid tweets on Twitter. Don't even think about buying this peace of junk. Save your money.

Ordered & payed over €700 for a phone almost 3 years ago. I get an email every few months saying delays due to this, that & the other. They won't respond to messages though they claim to respond within 24 hours.

They are taking pre orders for phones coming into stock in December yet have not fulfilled fully paid orders from early 2020.

Please, please don't give these guys any money.

I had a phone of fxtek, it broke under guarantuee.

They wanted to repair it, but after sending it back they ignored me. that is over 3 months ago. and many emails ago..
Also made a lot of posts and questions on the community board. It appears that this is just how they do business

The average waiting time for a phone is 1-3years, and they keep advertising them as 12weeks max waiting.

also the phone wasnt practical. the keyboard is terrible. I love keyboards, still use blackberry, but this phone is useless, a blackberry key2 is way better
