I’ve tried a few prop firms, and so far FX Capital Funded has been one of the best experiences. The rules are clear, the platform is easy to use, and I didn’t run into any hidden conditions. Whenever I had a question, the support team replied quickly and was actually helpful instead of sending generic responses.

The evaluation process is fair, and the overall experiences has been smooth. It’s great to see the company actively improving its services and listening to feedback from traders. If they keep this level of transparency and support, I can definitely see myself trading with them for a long time. Highly recommended!

1. Support Issues
The live chat support barely works. I received replies maybe 5% of the time, and most messages were ignored.
The support email appears to be fake or inactive. Every attempt to send an email failed, so there is effectively no reliable support channel.
2. Account Locked After Profit
I purchased a One-Step Challenge – $100,000 account.
After reaching 15% profit, my account was suddenly placed “Under Review”.
Since then, I cannot log in to MetaTrader 5 (MT5) or trade at all.
No clear explanation, no timeline, and no resolution were provided.
3. No Resolution Despite Multiple Attempts
I contacted live chat many times, but nothing changed.
My account remains inaccessible, and support is not responding properly.
Conclusion Based on my experience, this company lacks transparency, proper customer support, and professionalism. Locking an account after achieving profits without communication raises serious concerns. I would not recommend fxcapitalfunded.com to traders looking for a reliable funded account provider.

FX Capital Funded is solid prop firm and I would definitily recommend giving them a try keep keep up the excellent work.

@Funded_FXC scammed me rejected my payout, claiming I used more than 40% equity during the challenge phase. Their own mod confirmed this rule only applies to the funded phase. Despite admitting the error, they're refusing to fix it and pay out Good luck with your payouts .

I passed my step 1 account on Friday and received my funded account within 24 hours. After making a 6.41% profit on it. I got my first payout. Their support team is also helpful, as they reply to customers quickly and actively.

Your five-day late response to my review is honestly laughable — and it proves exactly what I’ve been saying: your support is an absolute disgrace. I have explained my situation over and over again, even directly to your CEO, and instead of getting help, I was met with hostility, gaslighting, and disrespect until I was finally blocked from the Discord server. That alone speaks volumes.

In my personal experience, this company has shown zero accountability, zero professionalism, and zero integrity. If you value your money, please think twice. I refuse to let other traders get blindsided the way I did. I’ve already reported this to the UK FCA, as well as multiple Telegram groups, Discord communities, and other social media channels. I strongly encourage others who’ve been mistreated to report them too. No one deserves to go through this.

This prop firm has been an absolute nightmare. Everything about how they operate feels chaotic, unreliable, and designed to wear traders down. The whole setup comes across as deliberately confusing and packed with obscure conditions that only seem to appear conveniently when you try to withdraw profits.

Their so-called “support” has been nothing but a black hole — slow, evasive, and consistently unhelpful. And the leadership? Completely absent. It’s like shouting into the void while they run the clock down so you eventually just give up.

If anyone is considering putting money into this firm, I strongly urge you to rethink it. Go with a reputable, established provider instead of dealing with this circus. I wish someone had warned me sooner.
