Fuzzy and Fox Arvostelua 

I’m leaving this review because I found out this company is using my business name and address on their website even though we have nothing to do with them. We’ve never sold appliances and have zero connection to this place.
The police have been informed and an investigation is already underway. Hopefully it won’t be long before this website is taken down.
This whole thing is a complete joke. Absolutely wasting people’s time, scamming customers, and stealing another business’s identity. You should be ashamed of yourselves.

Don’t order from this company they are linked to The Yogi Bum company.
I purchased a washing machine from The Yogi Bum back in June which I still haven’t received.
On my bank statement payment was taken by Fuzzy & fox so they are linked.
No refund or communication from either company.

Ordered an Air fryer end of July, paid in full, no delivery, phone number is obsolete, emails not answered, scam, scam scam, do Not use this company.

Ordered an airfryer supposed to be delivered by 9th August. Have had to dispute my payment. No airfryer, no answer to emails... phone number non existent, avoid at all costs!

DO NOT ORDER from this SCAM company !
No replies to emails , phone number doesn’t work. Also delivery company they claim to use is a SCAM !

Over a month for an air fryer from London & over a week late, no replies by Email, sent mtiple regarding cancelling, Shipping from China takes faster than this, this is obviously a dodgy company, glad i didnt pay in full.

SCAM company, orders item, never arrived, email ignored, phone number does not work. Glad got on card so they can refund me. Courrier company they say sending item also a SCAM as their email does not work nor does phone.

Left with no washing machine after weeks on end absolutely terrible service

I ordered a washing machine for £159 paid in full. Got a tracking number. This was about 3 weeks ago the tracking hasn't changed and it's only coming from London apparently. Sent several emails to the company and the shipping company with no reply. COMPLETE SCAM AVOID AT ALL COSTS

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! SCAMMERS! I ordered a washing machine from them I had to chase my email confirmation then I had no response and the washing machine wasn’t delivered!

Would give 0 if I could..ordered washing machine off these..never arrived..they don't reply to emails & the contact number doesn't exist!..so totally ripped me off..was done through klarna so they now investigating for me.

Item was cancelled, they didn't even let me know until I emailed them, I was told I'd have a refund within 5 working days, that was almost a month ago, still waiting for refund sent numerous emails and have had no response. Avoid this company

Very nice online store with friendly prices. I bought some new stuff here.

Backed on Kickstarter and from the beginning the batteries did not hold the charge for long. The next winter (2021) they didn’t charge at all. Was promised new, better batteries but they never arrived. My emails are now being ignored. Paid a lot of money for gloves that don’t work.

Very efficient service - beautifully package just hope my husband enjoys them in the cold weather !

Superb quality and fit perfectly. Came in top quality box which included charger and batteries.

Outstandingly good! Bought for husband with Reynaud's. Have tried other heated gloves which are not as effective. The technology, quality and battery life on these gloves are all far better than any other brand. They heat the whole hand and fingers equally right up to fingertips which other brands do not do well. Can't fault them. Excellent.

I am extremely happy with my new gloves.they are very well made very comfortable. Very soft leather . Just one comment is that the inner lining is a bit loose and that when you take them off it pulls on it so much so that after a time it will rip. Mr J ROSS.

Great experience. Delivered on time. Solid packaging. The gloves are really good quality and perfect for when I’m on my bike.
