Futurobots appears to be a scam company. Multiple people seem to be involved, and there are several similar websites operating the same way.
I also noticed many fake-looking reviews from bot accounts. I was hesitant at first, but after seeing those reviews, I decided to give them a try, and later confirmed it was a scam.
Please be careful and don’t lose your money.
we got the unitree g1 and man i wasnt expecting much tbh. it showed up in just a box and i was like this is it?? its smaller then i thought. but when we turned it on bro it was crazy. the things it can do really surprised us. we had it for a few days and delivery and collection was super smooth no problems at all. the customer

i love futurobots so much booking was fast and amazing me and my team was looking for a long time for a partner like this and we finally found them their price is affordable we got the g1 robot and it helped us a lot at our exhibition booth seriously most people who came just wanted to see the robot and play with it it took us like two or three days to learn how to run it but it was worth it such an amazing experience i recommend futurobots for this five starts.
Good experience overall, just wish the robot had arrived sooner, that's why i'm giving 4 starts. still happy with the service and would use them again.
We had been searching for a humanoid robot for a while, but the per-day pricing from most places was just too high. then we found this company, and their one-month rental option was honestly perfect for us since we needed the robot for content creating and video production for our youtube channel.
as fast, we were a little unsure, just because this was our first time renting something like this. but the second the robot arrived, we were excited. it came in a big box with the manual, remote control, and everything else we needed, and the whole delivery felt very organized. the team also helped us get everything set up the first time, which we really appreciated.
in the third week, we ran into a small issue with one of the robot's movements, but their support team helped us reprogram it and the process was smooth.
honestly, i think the business model itself is a great idea. not everyone wants to spend more than $70,000 buying a robot, so renting one is a smart option. overall, we had an great experience and i'd definitely recommend them.
not sure why futurobots has bad reviews, but for us they was amazing. from booking to delivery and logistics, everything went fine. the robot was incredible and made the whole experience even better. the team was helpful and professional, and we had no problems at all. i really strongly recommend them.
