My first time of working with / for the future link group. Their website is very helpful with regards to the services they provide. It was my first time working with an umbrella company and my lack of understanding and knowledge was a little frustrating for myself, but the future link group staff via email & phone have been very helpful and supportive in helping me to understand everything. The experience I’ve had with the expenses app has been really easy to navigate through. The payment of wages has been very prompt followed up with a detailed payslip emailed immediately, also receiving a text with a wages amount that’s on its way to my account. I feel much better now I can understand the process a lot more.

After using different companies I have finally found the best. Amazing service, fast and efficient. I would highly recommend this company.

No contact numbers to ring incase of issue and when the phone does ring no one to answer .
