Future Health Biobank Arvostelua 

On 2 April, 2020 we gave the samples of the stem cells to Future Health Greece to send them to Switzerland.
They told us that after one month we would receive an email from Switzerland referring the results of the stem cells' samples.
Up to this date we haven't received anything and the office in Greece is unable to give us a credible answer about the results although over 20 days have elapsed.
Considering this lack of responsiveness for these initial results, we wonder what will happen in case we need the stem cells.
Will they arrive from Switzerland to Greece and how long would it take?

Everything has been great since we have contacted them until we sent back the kit after birth. The phlebotomist has waited quite a few hours for the birth due to some complications with the baby but always happy and respectfull. Kit collection after that has been very easy and straightforward.Received all the documentation after that and cannot express how happy we are with the choise we made in chosing future health biobank.
