Fusion Relocations Arvostelua 6

We chose Fusion relocation, as we were satisfied with the rate the offered, initial communication and their flexibility during our first communications.
I could say that the only positive thing is the communication with them (as they replied to all our emails in time).

They collected our stuff from Dubai at 7/3/2024, today we are at 27/6/2024 , and still our stuff (including personal items and some furniture), haven't arrived in Switzerland. Estimated time for their arrival at our apartment, at this point, would be in August (but as this changed already 3-4 times who knows????).
Unfortunately now I understand the reason for the "great" price we thought we received, as this is too much for the service that is provided.
On top of all of this, currently the company (Gosselin moving) they are in collaboration here, requests from us additional charges cause our apartment is on the 10th, and not up to the 2nd floor they offer their delivery (with an elevator existing!!!! so I guess the additional payment of 144 euro, is for the additional 10 seconds in the elevator? who knows from where else they want to make money from us)

I would advice you to choose another company, even if it is more expensive that this one.
I will post an update if and when our stuff are delivered and their condition.

Update: our stuff arrived yesterday and 90% of the was destroyed. Now let’s see if we will ever get our money back. The condition of the stuff was terrible and they left us to deal with piles of mold, affecting our health. Completely unacceptable and disappointing.

Worst company you move. Do not touch them.

The shipment reached without much hassle. I have not opened the shipment till now ,to say if it reached safely but the whole process of shifting was fine . Their packaging looks sturdy but more can be said once I open it.

Fusiion made my move about as stressful as it could possibly be.
Having quoted, they came to pack and immediately the crew were saying it wont fit the container and I need a bigger container, basically trying to charge me more. I refused and told them I had a quote and that is what I would be using. They took everything down to its smallest item including taking a swivel chair apart.
I moved to Spain and the communication from Spain was completely inadequate, and I ended up running around last minute to avoid additional storage costs.
One of my Antique decanters was chipped and what I realised after a month or so is that what must have been a complete box was missing due to different items I cannot find, although all the numbered boxes were delivered.
My only recommendation for Fusion is to not use them.

Fusion team has collected my household and delivered safely to my residence in Langley within scheduled time, without any extra charges.
They always replied my queries and calls. Especially, Mildred, the coordinator from Dubai answered my call from hospital bed.
I fully recommend Fusion for safe and timely relocation services.

The overall experience was very positive. Communication was fast and polite. The movers were friendly and fast on the day. The handymen services were a great value addition for assembling our electronics and hanging shelves and photos. Would definitely use them again and recommend for others also.
