Fusion Gas and Electric⚡️ Arvostelua 

By now they’ve cancelled the appointment 3 times, once for losing the key to the van😂🤣 not even 24hours before all cancelled on the day!

Shocking company to deal with. They booked in our car charger to be fitted on the 11th July, this was cancelled due to an engineers vehicle breaking down. They rescheduled for the 21st July, I received an email cancelling because of staff sickness, only after I chased asking where the engineer was. They then rescheduled again for today the 29th. I requested to be the first on the list to have theirs fitted as it’s the summer holidays and we have our children home. No engineer showed by 10:15am, I put a call into Customer Services to find out where the engineer was, the lady couldn’t get hold of them. Again I called at 11:45am asking where the engineer was as there had been no communication from them. They tried calling again. No answer. At this point I was fed up. I asked customer service to try again only to be told ‘It’s not my job to keep calling the engineer, i’m busy doing other things’. Absolutely disgusting customer service. I complained to the dealership supplying our new car who escalated our complaint to Ohme who have sourced another company to fit the charger for us. Avoid this company!!

Ohme charger installed 6 weeks ago and still doesn’t work along side my solar and battery set up. Still waiting for someone to call me back. EV engineer called and told me it’s not possible to have the charger set up so it doesn’t discharge the battery without overriding the charge and discharge cycle (extensive research and experience suggests otherwise). I would avoid using fusion if you have a battery and solar.

Just had my charger installed by Adam and I am happy with the service, he explained to me clearly on how to use both the charger and the mobile app.

Emma and Adam came on time and fitted everything well and cleared up afterwards. The box is much smaller and neater than anticipated so a bonus. Thank you.

Kris just fitted my Ohme EV - very happy with the job he did as he explained everything he needed to do in full and kept me updated throughout. He also helped me get set up with the app at the end of the job. Very friendly too and was great with my dog who kept milling around him. Thank you!

Kris just fitted our Ohme EVcharger. He was amazing, very professional, well mannered and helpful. He talked me through the job in detail and I didn’t want cable on display across the floor of my property so he was able to fish from one cupboard to another in my vestibule to avoid this so I was really pleased. He was very tidy, cleaned up as he worked and left no mess behind at all. Would highly recommend. A real credit to the company! Thank you 🙂

Adam worked quickly, was very neat with the installation and cleaned up well afterwards. The only issue was the time lag on the installation which was no fault of Adam’s.
