It’s important to note that your recent payout was denied only after a clear and documented breach of our trading rules, rules that every trader agrees to before beginning any challenge with us.

We did not “hide” any rules, as you’ve claimed. All trading conditions are outlined transparently on our website and in the trader agreement you acknowledged. In your case, we provided specific evidence of the rule violation when requested, and we stand by our decision because it was made objectively, not emotionally.

In this particular case, the reviewer unfortunately did not comply with the trading rules, which are clearly outlined and must be followed in order to receive a payout. Despite the rule violations, we still went above and beyond by offering a completely free account reset as a goodwill gesture. This is not something we are obligated to do, but we believe in giving our traders the benefit of the doubt when possible.

After the reset, the same rules were broken again. We provided detailed evidence of the breaches, which were not disputed with facts, only with personal accusations. We cannot and will not process payouts for accounts that do not meet the criteria that all traders agree to at the start. Upholding these standards ensures fairness for all participants in our program.

Regarding Discord access, we remove users only when community guidelines are repeatedly violated. We do not remove members without valid reasons. If you believe there was an error, you are welcome to reach out to our support team for clarification.
