Lied about monthly fee
Lied about monthly fee, monthly package I was getting, and what was discussed on the phone. Then when confronted about the lies, they gaslighted me and said they never said it. Also gave away my tutor and timeslot without even confirming if I was going to continue my services with them or not.

We are sorry you didn’t have a great Fusion experience. We do not offer monthly tutoring services, only specific packages (5 sessions, 10 sessions, and others). Our scheduling is customized for each student, and while we do our best to accommodate all preferences, we do have to schedule based on our teacher availability. If you have remaining sessions in the tutoring package you purchased, please contact the campus directly to get them scheduled.

The Best of Individualized Learning Opportunities
Our experience at Fusion Academy in Folson was so superb that I am motivated to share it here. I have spent over 4 decades in the field of education and am a strong believer that all children deserve the type of educational environment that Fusion offers. The opportunities for the student to be successful are boundless. The one-on-one instruction maximizes each student's learning of every subject in a kind, supportive and rigorous educational environment. One may think that a one-on-one is isolating and would not afford the opportunity for social interaction but that is far from the truth. Homework Cafe and break time allow for students to get to know one another often within mixed age groups which provides real world experiences. I would wish that all children could have the opportunity to experience what Fusion has to offer. We are extremely grateful that we are so fortunate.
