FurrandFamily Arvostelua

Great communication throughout the process. There were constant changes due to me being so pedantic about my cat, yet not one complaint from Furr and Family. So thrilled with the finished portrait, but not as thrilled as my son is going to be when he opens it at Christmas. Thank you so much!!!

Excellent service and amazing quality print. Would definitly recommend

The product was superb!! And the communication through WhatsApp was a real help.

My daughters cat, believes she's queen of the house. Which in fairness she probably is. You have made her look very regal. The quality of the print is excellent. I'm sure it will be a talking point. Thank you

This company provides an amazing service! I recently bought a t-shirt with a print of 2 cats, and a jumper with 4 dogs embroidered (both gifts for other people and they are perfect. FurrandFamily sent me an email with the draft of how the print/embroidery would look and took the time to make changes as I requested. The final look was absolutely perfect and both garments came out exactly as they looked in the final agreed previews. One of the dog photos I had was a bit cropped and I asked if they could fill in a little of his fur, and they did it without issue.

I cannot wait to give these garments as Christmas gifts. I would 100% recommend FurrandFamily. Great product and excellent service.

Update: Item arrived. Despite the initial problems with delivery, which are clearly very unusual based on other reviews, I am very pleased with the product itself - it is excellent.

Update: item now confirmed as still in transit.

Was told this, was dispatched some time ago. Followed up and was told the were checking with the courier. Heard nothing. Followed up again, still no word and no product. Very disappointing so far. Will update if the product arrives

The image was fabulous. But but confusing as to what I was buying . Thought I was buying a print not a digital file. Bit disappointing but the digital file image was wonderful.

Very quick service I have had five items in total and all have been loved by the reciepants

The picture is perfect. Just what we wanted. Good quality printing and paper. This is our 2nd print from Furrand Family and will use again.

I was really pleased with the quality of the picture, its going to make a lovely present for my niece's birthday.

Very lifelike

Great quality gift. Great communication. Well packaged. Would recommend.

I ordered a birthday gift for a friend (cat portrait on canvas). Furr and Family gave a friendly and helpful impression in their emails. I was sent a preview and asked for a minor tweak. They made this and sent another preview. The portrait was then perfect and they provided a super quick service with delivery being very quick. My friend has now been given the portrait and is over the moon. Thank you so much and would definitely recommend!
