Quick delivery but the box was torn apart, all corners were fully exposed and the glue stick (used for assembly ) was nearly lost.
The item is shipped using some cheap not durable cardboard and polystyrene, with latter fell apart and all contents inside were covered in balls of polystyrene. Took half an hour of vacuum until could actually proceed with assembly. Annoyingly, some were stuck inside the drawer rails which were hard to remove.
The item was damaged in the top corner, sad thing it was on top so very visible. It is inside drawer for wardrobe so luckily it is not as obvious.
The drawer is a good size but feels it may not last long as the drawers assembled using glue(!!!)
Overall, although the item itself fits my purpose, its quality and the state of the delivery are far from being perfect. Have lots of pictures as proof but don’t have the option to attach them here.

Delivery came early and nice shelving unit for our home office.

Ordered an overbed unit from this company and I regret it. It does not feel safe to sleep under at all! The two wardrobe units on either side of the central shelf unit does not fit flush together, there is a gap at the top on either side the middle piece, and honestly I feel like the middle section might just drop off.

The instrument to put the unit together was difficult to follow (even for a man whose put multiple pieces of furniture together for decades) and all the screws and bolts were mixed together in one bag.

The delivery was well after the estimated time they gave and I had to chase them for information.

The website has all positive reviews on the overbed unit, probably because it doesn't allow you to post negative ones! Trust me, I tried.

I also brought a milano bed from there, the bed itself is alright but realised after ordering that while they put standard double bed they did not put the actual measurements. 'Standard' in this case turned out to be longer than any double bed I looked at so be wary of their sizing too.

I would avoid this company altogether. Obviously they don't care about their customers after they get your money. They don't even let you post negative comments on their website which tells you a lot about how much they care about their customers.

Half of a wardrobe delivered Christmas eve, and heard nothing from them since. Can't email and can't ring as they not answering and I can't leave a message. Cowboy company, I'd stick to the bigger trusted companies!

Had a few questions and worries regarding my order and they were very swift in replying and finding a solution. They were incredibly helpful. So far very pleased with the interaction.

Ordered Cashmere Taupe Overbed unit for £699 for reference.

Didn't hear anything about delivery at all until called to chase on working day 9 (a Friday) was then told it would be delivered on the Sunday, and got a text while on the phone. Wondering if I hadn't chased if would have been delivered that day, seems very coincidental.

Delivery went fine, arrived on the day as promised on the Friday.

Very dissapointed with the unit. The "slatted" doors are not slatted at all. They are flat doors with black lines alternating with wood effect lines. Unit is also much greyer than seems on photos. Assembly was ok, however the handles are cheap as are the hinges. Will probably have to change all to better quality (+ soft close) The doors also don't line up very well. Overall will serve it's purpose but not the quality expected for the price point. Especially as will need to spend more on it to improve it.

I wrote a review on the company website on 28th November and they have failed to upload the review (I have screenshot proof I posted it) so be mindful of the positive reviews on their site because it's likely they are just choosing to not post the negative ones!

The furniture arrived within the communicated time. The only issue and reason for knocking off 1 star is the instructions were not very clear.

Good quality, fairly easy to construct. Only issue was that it was not delivered within 10 days

Delivery company damaged the delivery box package, which cause an item to become scratch.
Contacted Furniture Factory immediately via email and response was excellent.
The item was quickly replaced.

The delivery man was extremely rude and unprofessional. He left my items inside the lift and refused to bring them to my flat even after I explained my situation. As a single mom/person, I told him I couldn’t carry the havey items myself, but he showed no empathy and walked away.

Fortunately, IKEA delivery staff were also in my building and kindly helped me, even though it was not their responsibility. I am very grateful to them.

This company delivery driver experience left me feeling scared and deeply upset. I am very disappointed with this service and hope the company takes this issue seriously.

Great item and great service

Very good cupboard for price, good easy to follow instructions and it went together easily. Good delivery, only slight recommendation would be to chase delivery as my email requesting info only got the tracking info, no direct reply. However item arrived when they said it would.

1. Extremely Poor Lead Time & Stock Miscommunication
When I placed my order, the item was clearly listed as in stock. However, after waiting around a week and a half with no update, I then received an email “congratulating” me on the product coming back into stock. This is completely unacceptable and misleading. Had I known the item was not actually available, I would not have proceeded with the purchase. The lack of accurate stock information and the excessive lead time caused significant inconvenience.

2. Inadequate and Poorly Organised Instructions
While the instructions were just about followable, they lacked clarity—particularly regarding the screws and fittings. These should be individually labelled or numbered. Instead, everything arrived mixed together in one large bag, making assembly far more difficult and time-consuming than necessary.

3. Doors Cannot Be Aligned Despite Perfect Installation
Even though the unit has been installed perfectly plumb and level, the cupboard doors are impossible to adjust to achieve a consistent, neat gap. For a product at this price point, basic alignment should be achievable, and the current design/engineering clearly falls short.

4. Damaged Panels & Very Poor Material Quality
Several panels arrived scuffed or damaged, as shown in the photographs. On closer inspection, it is clear that the product is made from thin chipboard covered in a very flimsy sticky-back plastic. Other panels appear to be spray-painted, but the finish is patchy, unattractive, and nowhere near the standard advertised online.
The product quality is wholly inconsistent with the images, descriptions, and—most importantly—the price tag.

Arrived beautifully packaged and complete. East to assemble. Does the job and looks good.

Received the package extremely well packed and protected. The shoe rack cupboard and drawers took me a long time to assemble as I was very careful and the diagram detail is rather small.
Finished product looks really good.
Would help if the individual pieces had small identification stickers.

I have never received it and now will have to spend unnecessary time chasing my refund.
