Fantastic service
Fantastic service - bought my product over the phone (a mattress) without going to see it in the showroom - offered a great competitive price with free delivery. The delivery men (friendly and with a great sense of humour) managed to get the mattress upstairs and in situ despite it being a tight squeeze. After such great service, I'll be visiting the showroom when lockdown is finished to purchase more products.

We couldn't ask for better service, the team were really helpful in the store, helped us to load the car with items we were taking on the day and the follow up service was excellent. The delivery service was cheerful and efficient, the guys did a great job. I wish all companies were so lovely to deal with.

Second time we have purchased from Furniture Traders and yet again we were not disappointed.
Great customer service, great communication and the two guys that delivered and set up our new bed and mattress were extremely polite, helpful and covid aware which put my mind at rest. Couldn't have asked for a better service.

Excellent service. Very helpful in the shop giving me details of products and delivery. Called back to order after checking measurements and again very efficient service by polite and helpful staff.

Excellent Service
Bought a new mattress, having viewed them some weeks prior, couldn't fault the service in store, the competitive price or very helpful and polite delivery men.
I have already recommended Furniture Traders to a few other people and would not hesitate to use them again myself.

Excellent service throughout!
This is not the first time we have used furniture traders and it won’t be the last. In the store the guys were very helpful, knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. The sofa was for an unfinished extension, there was no problem them storing until we were ready for it, with the news of the pending lock down they call us and we subsequently organised delivery 2 days later. The service was excellent!

Great local service and high quality furniture
Really impressed with the service and quality of the furniture. Courteous and well informed service in the shop then polite service at the point of delivery, time spent setting up the furniture properly. The furniture is lovely and a great all round service, can highly recommend.
