Furnished Arvostelua 

Imagine a 20 yr old female solo travelling for 9 hours and arriving in Luxembourg with arrangements to collect your keys with this company out of hours at an extra fee only to find they never put the key in the master lock and you have no where to go with all your cases in a foreign country at night and no way to contact the company. Shocking, disgraceful and very upsetting!

Altea team has been very diligent and helpful with my reservations and after-sales requests. I always receive prompt replies from their team, I am quite happy about the way my account is handled by their representatives.

Also the housing unit that I am currently renting satisfies all my needs. It is my first time living in Luxembourg and I did not have the opportunity to see the house before arriving, so I was very glad to find out that the room is just as advertised on their website. My housemates are also very friendly.

I would absolutely recommend Altea (Furnished.Lu) to all young professionals living in Luxembourg.

J'ai eu une très mauvaise expérience avec Altea qui est similaire, hélas , à ce que je lis des commentaires précédents.
Mais le temps n'est plus à la victimisation.

Dans un premier temps, nous voudrions mener une campagne de sensibilisation sur les réseaux sociaux sur la qualité de service de cet agence.
L’idée est de collecter d'abord des photos et vidéos des différentes chambres mises à disposition ainsi que les dysfonctionnements. Par exemple fenêtres cassées, chauffage, humidités, insalubrité etc.
Je partage, plus bas, un email pour collecter les informations.

Dans un second temps, nous comptons ester en justice et sommes en train de monter un dossier contre Altea. Pour le moment, nous sommes 3 personnes mais nous voudrions être au moins 10 afin d'avoir plus de leviers avant de déposer le dossier devant la Justice Grand Duché.
Au delà des dédommagements que nous pourrions recevoir,
l'objectif principal est de les inciter, avec des pénalités si possible, à revoir leur qualité de service.
Au moins ceux qui viendront après nous, éviteront de telles frustrations.

The room have molds on the walls plenty of scratches and stains on wardrobe and a very unpleasant smell of smoke that is extremely unbearable 24/7 . Otherwise, the mistake made by presenting me a room that is already occupied by an other tenant and I had to wait one hour before I been given the key to the current unbearable room with a single bed while I ordered one with double bed and less space

Update: I did receive a quick response after reaching out to them and my money was refunded in no time. Only thing is that customer should not have to reach out and company should be proactive. Hope they improve further from here. Did have a comfortable stay at their property, so 4 stars for it.

If I have to give award to a company for providing most pathetic customer experience, then this would for Furnished.lu
Their teams are never interested in responding and it will at times take so many calls to reach out to them.
You may get a decent room but then they will keep your 500 euros for 2 months and then even after 2 months there is no surety of getting the money back. I am following up and have escalated and still no one cares to respond.

Système très compliqué, entre la sélection, la confirmation du Booking, l'accord, le paiement des 150€, le paiement après acceptation du dossier, la réception du contrat, et l'attente de la remise des clés, il s'est déjà passé une semaine et je n'ai toujours pas reçu les clés pourtant le paiement cours à partir de la date de Booking...

Je trouve ça abusif...

Dirties house I have ever been. One fridge and no freezer for 8 people. Cleaning ladies do not clean. Support rarely exist. When the flood came they left us without laundry and drying machine for weeks. Garden is not taken care of. Very unpleasant stay. Do not recommend

They didnt respond to any of my attempts to contact them about the reservation. So in the end i cancled the reservation, since this didnt gave me trust in the overal experience.

If you are looking for a flat, apartment, studio in Luxembourg, then furnished.lu for the win! The procedure is practically automatic and straightforward, I recommend it hands down.
