No shipping details provided, did not respond to my order cancellation request, did not include all necessary parts for my table legs, or the screws that I had to pay for separately. The table legs that did arrive were of highly suspect quality, they differed from what I ordered, and given the air shipping from an apparently UK-based seller, I expect this company is running a dropshipping operation. Avoid at all costs.

Avoid ordering anything from this company. As per other customers experiences, they failed to deliver the drawer runners I ordered and when I chased this up, like the other customers experiences, they blamed EVRI for not delivering. I then asked Furnica for the tracking number so that I could contact EVRI myself. Surprise, surprise I've heard nothing back from them since.
I only wished I had looked into this company before ordering from them.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Ordered a month ago. No contact from them. Queried where my order was today and just received a cancellation email! Jokers. DO NOT USE THEM!!!

Total scam company. No goods or tracking information received. Contacted them and got the standard reply stating they would get in touch with Evri. Heard nothing since. Have now opened a dispute with my bank. Wish I had seen the reviews on Trustpilot before I ordered. Avoid like the plague.

Saidly with this company I didnt check Trustpilot before I made my order. I trusted the website. It was a big mistake. It has never arrived, there is no real contact details... It has hardly ever happened this to me...

I got the drawers runner deliverered (although two parts shipping, first part arrived after 5 days and the second took 3 weeks as apparently got stopped at the customs)

Unfortunately out of 11 runners, one was faulty, emailed them about a refund or replacement and they never replied

1 star – Poor communication and no delivery
Very poor experience. I ordered heavy-duty drawer runners and received an order confirmation, but after that there was effectively no communication at all.
After chasing, I was told they would contact FedEx for an update, but I never received any follow-up. This dragged on for nearly two weeks with no progress or updates.
In the end, I had to raise a dispute through PayPal to recover my money.
Based on this experience, I would strongly advise avoiding this company.

Still not fulfilled and the number isn’t connecting.

Purchased a chest of drawers. Never received the product, called 20 times. No answer, emails, no answers

Did not fulfill my order, not explanation. When I contacted them they just cancelled my order, no mention of why or a refund. When I contacted them about a refund, they said they processed it (3 times), not a penny received back. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!

I had a very similar experience to a previous reviewer. Ordered drawer runners on 1st Jan - received anorder confirmation. Website said shipping 5 business days. Received nothing for over a week, emailed office, got a response saying we'll check with Evri - they clearly had not dispatched. Had to chase multiple times. Eventually requested a refund (one month after ordering) - 5 days later they shipped the item I no longer need as I have bought and installed the product from elsewhere. Now waiting for my refund. Completely appalling customer service.

Do NOT use this company. The products are not delivered, they do not answer the phone and do not refund the money.

This is a scam website.
Like everyone else leaving a one star review, they followed the same process with me.
Take payment, leave a notification it’s being processed with a courier and then that’s it.
No pick ups on the phone and no replies to emails

Avoid – parcel never received, no response
Ordered from this company and never received my parcel. When I contacted them, they blamed Evri and said they were “checking with the courier”. I was told they could send a replacement parcel, but after that I received no further updates at all.
I followed up multiple times asking whether my original parcel had been located or when a replacement would be sent – complete radio silence. Emails ignored and phone calls go unanswered despite repeated attempts.
It feels like they just keep delaying and then stop responding altogether. Based on my experience and reading other reviews, this seems to be a common issue. Very poor communication and customer service. I would strongly advise avoiding this company.

Used them a few years ago for drawer runners and they were top class. Ordered again in November and no sign of a delivery. No tracking number provided and the same excuse as other people have been given "evri are to blame" I asked for another set to be sent and still nothing and they then ignored me until I threatened to use credit card charge back. Will not use again!

Product didn't show up, had to chase them all the time. Told they would send a replacement, still nothing, now gone radio silent and no one answered the phone.
