Lovely products and wonderful customer service. The team helped me with a very specific request so I could get a product I 120% loved. Love the great community they have created too

Quick delivery, I always get asked where I got my bag from. I love my furmoo.

Repeat customer here, so impressed with the quality of the bags, wallets and slippers. Have bought many as presents too as its so good to support a small business who work so hard to provide something well crafted. 100% recommend

Best small business around. Fantastic range, fabulous sales and products that get compliments. I recommend joining the Furmoo family 💕

I have got several bags form Furmoo and love them all. I have only once had a problem and it was sorted super fast with no fuss.
Have even got friends buying their bags from Furmoo too.

LOVE LOVE FURMOO
I've brought a few things amd their product amd service is amazing!

I have purchased numerous items from FURMOO. Bags and wallets. The quality is exceptional and a great company to deal with. But my favourite item are my Baabie slippers ❤️

Actual order placed 22/3/2023 but couldn't backdate that far).
I decided to order my first pair of Moodles when their ads came up on Facebook after I'd googled slippers! My old cheap ones were had it and I wanted real sheepskin ones. I ordered the peacock Moodles, knowing that there might be a wait of around 2 weeks if my size weren't already pre-made and in stock (this was disclosed on the website at the time). They took just over 2 weeks and they were very much worth the wait. So much so, that my husband started wearing them a few months later, so I had to order myself another pair (unfortunately that colour had sold out so I got some Grey Tea ones).
Both pairs are still going strong, they have worn in well. The soles are tough and good for a bit of outside use (eg taking bin out to the kerb). I will definitely reorder when I do need another pair.

I have made 3 purchases from Furmoo and love each and every item. I have a hand bag that I have used daily since I bought it a year ago and it still looks like new. I get a lot of compliments on it too.
I have cow hide cushion covers that are on my every day use couch that still look great.
My first purchase 2 years ago was a pair of slippers. They are warm and comfortable. I take them with me when I travel and my overseas friends have seen them and bought some too. I love Furmoo!

Amazing customer service, superb quality products!!

I ordered a bag for myself along with a mystery box. I checked the website before ordering and saw that both were on backorder so knew it would be a wait but that it would be worth it and they both absolutely were.

First time experience went great. Love all my furmoo products received.

Thank you!!!

Great products, even better customer service! Warning 100% NOT VEGAN OR FRIENDLY 😊

Love Furmoo, excellent quality product, great range, fantastic customer service, and super quick delivery! A very happy multi purchase customer

Shelly and her team are fantastic. The products are good quality as well as cute. Love my duffle and my winter wonderland bag!! Waiting and hoping they make a crossbody bag with a thick strap and little coin purse attached soon 🤭🤭

Great service love this company such beautifully made products.

Lovely slippers made by a great NZ company. postage was quick and we are very happy with our purchase. I looking at the very cool handbags now :)

Furmoo has the most amazing products and the most amazing customer service ever. They are super easy to talk to and I always get so many compliments on my bags and my wallets. What more can you want. And also ps. The moodles are to die for !

I decided to go with a mystery bag for my latest purchase and I was not disappointed with my new handbag, The Maddie. The bag is made very well, the quality amazing. It was delivered quite quickly as it was already in stock, so I didn't have to wait long to see what my mystery item was. This was my second Furmoo purchase and I will be buying more. Great communication too. Zero complaints from me, thanks Shelley and team!
