Ridiculous
Says there 1 price then goes up higher. Ridiculous prices. I found out where I can get the exact same lenses for hella cheaper. 20 odd quid for 1 pair of none reusable contact lenses is absolutely fekin disgusting 🫣. Any waywomt be buying from here again. I can get any lenses cheap as f.

Hi there,
We're sorry to hear that you were not 100% pleased with your Funky Lenses experience, and to hear that it sounds like you had a difficult time with our website; none of our daily (or non-reusable) contact lenses cost more than £9.99, and our prices should not change from the lens page to the checkout.
A member of our team has sent you an email; we would appreciate your help as we investigate this claim.
Kind regards,
Suki

Hi Bryony,
Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We are sorry to hear that your experience was not 5-star.
To confirm, the lenses you purchased were part of our expiry sale and are reflected in their cheaper price. The lenses would have been usable up until the end of the month.
One of our agents has reached out via email to provide a resolution.
