Very helpful man when we rang no pressure and answered all our questions even though we thought they may have been stupid guy pit our minds at rest and said that no question was stupid as he was there to help and we probably never done this sort of thing before. He took his time and we dodjt feel rushed at all and no pressure. Would highly recommend them and they are a lot cheaper than pure cremation. In fact I am going to take a plan out for myself and my husband. 100% recommend
