A great job and great help from your staff .
Very pleased with all the help given to myself and daughter by one of your staff on the phone as no idea how to do it ourselves and he took us through all stages and checked it was what we needed and even finding the photos for us . five stars from us to Alec . If I had a minor complaint it would only be a larger photo allowed on the front rest was faultless. thank you and will buy from you again and will recommend you to others with pleasure. James Neesam.

I have used this company twice and on both occasions they were helpful and efficient whilst being sensitive to the nature of the stationery I was ordering. The templates are easy to use and the end product was lovely and of very good quality.

Great service, I called them as there were a couple of things about my order I wanted to discuss, like making one of the pictures larger, they were friendly, helpful and made the brochure layout completely flexible which it isn’t with many other companies. The order arrived the following day and was perfect. Great service. Helen

The website was easy to use
The website was easy to use and the order arrived in quick time, very well presented, on good quality paper. It was exactly as I wanted, and better than I might have expected.
I would have liked to have been able to see the font I was choosing displayed more easily during the order process. I had to keep going to and fro to see it, but that is my only criticism.

I found my experience using…
I found my experience using funeralstationary4u simple and stress free, before processing my order they contacted me to double check and confirm a couple of things with how I wanted the order of service to look rather than just assuming, the person I spoke to was friendly and helpful- and the order of services turned out excellent especially the photo pages we added at the end- considering most of the photos were photos of photos (I had taken on my phone) the quality was amazing. They turned out so much better than I had imagined. The delivery turn around was quick and I was kept updated. If I could give you 10 stars I would- excellent and extremely professional service from start to finish- Thankyou so much for making a extremely difficult time that little bit easier. Would definitely recommend.
