Very happy. The quality of the prints was excellent, as was the fast delivery service and updates.
I attempted to design my own non-standard booklet and didn't find it particularly intuitive but got immediate help from Tim on a Saturday afternoon!
In the nicest way, I hope I won't be using this company any time soon but if I did, I'd stick to a standard layout or pay for the design service.

This was quick from ordering to delievery. Help was there all the way I was nervous as I wanted to do this for my dad's funeral this company listened to my concerns. Would highly recommend this company and final touch a book of remembrance which just made us smile

There was a wide range of designs to choose from. The website was easy to use. Delivery was prompt and the booklets were high quality. They even came with a free book of remembrance, which was a nice surprise.

The templates are beautiful, easy to use online, then Tim edited it for me a few times adding some extra beautiful features. They arrived today and they were beautiful, really classy, printing perfect on high quality silky card.
