I like the loom

I received the wool two week ago, but I still don’t have the loom. It’s been three weeks. The emailed responses just keep telling me to wait. I would have ordered from a different company if I had known Funem was going to use the slowest ground shipping method. They’ve had $160 of my money and I still don’t have a loom; only dismissive email responses.

Quality of items is great, and I love the videos showing how everything works.

I would like more information as to how to weave.

I did not receive all the items I had purchased. I have tried to reach out to get in contact with someone, and my emails are left unanswered and my FB message unread.

Hard to order something from this company… everything is always sold out. If this is happening consistently why not expand on your product base?

Missing pieces..wrong yarn sent.

The loom I received is incomplete, thus defective.

They have a great product. I loved the instructions for the different idea like scarves and placemats.

I did not receive the loom I ordered. I only received the wool and tools. I sent an email saying I did not receive it and I have heard nothing back. I am hoping to have this resolved quickly so I can change my review.

Edit to add that the company got back to me quickly and we have found the loom and tracking number so hopefully it will be here soon! I went from 1 star to 4 because they were so pleasant and helpful. Hopefully I can change it to a 5 after I get to know my loom!

No instructions all the materials were not in the box. For almost 200$ I expected more than a box with parts I had to figure out how to put together with no instructions. Also no yarn.

My order arrived quickly but the loom is light weight and flimsy. The diagram in the box showed a different loom, which was confusing when trying to assemble.

I speak English. I sent two emails to the hello at whatever the name of your company is email to tell you that I am missing both instructions and one of my orders. It’s been over a week and even though I’ve sent two emails I have gotten no response. I find this very unsatisfactory.

I received the item quickly however some of the small pieces were missing. Nothing major - a washer, that's easy to replace, and the small allen wrench which is a bit more of an issue. The size of the slot for the allen wrench is apparently something odd because none of the wrenches I have (and I have multiple sizes) at home fit - the left-over wrenches from Ikea purchases don't even fit. Unfortunately, I cannot/will not use the item until I find something that works to tighten the bolts.

I received part of my order. When I let them know they sent me the rest. Immediately. I would highly recommend them.

The products are great quality!! I had a few missing items in my order, customer service was amazing and sent the missing items quickly!

This loom is beautifully and elegantly made, easy to assemble, and so portable! I put it together in minutes, watched a very clear video on how to get started, and was weaving in no time. This loom is quickly taking over my screen time and providing calming activity while I listen to an audiobook or the birds outside. I’m so happy with my purchase!
