I called in with a random request, about a phishing letter from FundSmart. I got the pleasure of speaking with the CEO, Kurt M. and resolved the issue and got a response in timely and professional manner.

I reached out to this company to alert them that someone is attempting an "Imposter Scam." Immediately, the gentleman on the other end of the phone was exceedingly unprofessional, rude and condescending.

The address, the phone number and the company name are different still not sure why you called and why you would write this we will disput
