Esta empresa resultó ser una estafa. Cerraron mi cuenta sin previo aviso y sin dar ninguna explicación clara. Además, no responden correos ni mensajes en el chat de soporte, lo que demuestra su falta total de transparencia y profesionalismo. Me siento engañado y considero que sus prácticas son abusivas y poco éticas. No recomiendo a nadie confiar en ellos.
Simplemente me estafaron, dejaron sin efecto una cuenta de fondeo de dos fases de 200k.

This company blocks payouts by inventing excuses that make no sense.
In my case, they accused me of using a VPN and claimed my IP “suddenly changed to another country”, even though I never used any VPN, proxy, VPS, or outside network. They were unable to provide any proof, yet continued to demand “documents” that no trader on earth can provide — such as an “official justification” for why an IP address may show a different region.
Instead of reviewing real trading activity, they simply hold payouts and shift blame onto the trader.
When they run out of arguments, they threaten to close your account unless you produce impossible evidence.
This is not professional behavior.
It’s a clear pattern used to avoid paying traders who pass and request withdrawals.
Changing the company name to MTFundedTrader doesn’t erase this behavior — it only shows that they want to hide their past.
If you value your time, money, and nerves, I strongly recommend avoiding this company.
There are many reputable prop firms out there — this is not one of them.
Terrible customer service. I've been sending messages for two weeks requesting a payment, and I haven't received the payment, nor an email confirming whether or not they'll pay. The account status isn't updating, and they're not responding.

Esta empresa no cumple con los pagos, llevo 12 dias esperando un pago despues de solicitarlo y no lo han hecho, ademas no responden el correo de soporte y tampoco la pagina, lo otro es que se demoraron 10 dias para habilitar el boton de pago, en total son de 22 dias esperando que realicen dicho pago de 1100 USD y nadie da respuesta
Be careful with this company. They're scammers. They defrauded my son out of a funding account. When he tried to withdraw money, they didn't send it and proceeded to close his account. He was left with nothing and worked for them for free. Be careful.

Mi experiencia con Fundex ha sido totalmente fraudulenta. Tenía una cuenta activa, todo parecía normal, hasta que me la inhabilitaron sin motivo alguno justo cuando ya estaba por retirar mis fondos.
Su supuesto “equipo de soporte” nunca responde, ni por correo ni por chat. Es evidente que no hay atención real, solo buscan bloquear cuentas cuando el usuario empieza a ganar o quiere retirar dinero.
⚠️ No caigan en su trampa, es una estafa bien montada para quedarse con el dinero de la gente. Deberían ser denunciados.

They are a scam, I passed the 2-phase tests of 100,000 USD and when my account was funded, I made a capital of 6,000 USD of which I withdrew a part and they scammed me, they did not pay me anything and they disabled my account, and they do not answer emails or the chat
