I’ve had a really frustrating experience with this prop firm. They keep changing servers, which creates unnecessary instability and raises serious concerns about transparency.

On top of that, the slippage is consistently bad. Entries and stop losses often get filled at significantly worse prices than expected, which directly impacts performance. It feels unfair, especially when you’re trying to follow strict risk management rules.

What makes things worse is that these issues seem to happen at critical moments — during volatility or when trades are close to TP/SL!!

I had a very disappointing experience with Funded Knight.

After trading normally and following the risk rules, their risk team suddenly accused me of taking “high-risk trades” and imposed additional restrictions on my account. They claimed my trading involved excessive risk, even though I always used stop losses and stayed within the required limits.

They then introduced a 1% maximum total risk exposure rule and required a stop loss to be set within 5 minutes of entering a trade. On top of that, they enforced a 2-hour cooldown between trades on the same ticker, which severely limits normal trading strategies.

What concerns me the most is that if they decide you violate their rule, it is classified as a “Soft Breach” where they forfeit your profits but keep the losses. This feels extremely unfair because the trader bears the downside while the firm can invalidate profitable trades.

In my case, I believe the accusations were not justified, and the restrictions appeared suddenly after profitable trading. The rules also seem vague, especially around what they call a “trade idea,” which they interpret very broadly.

Traders should be very careful and fully understand how these rules are applied before joining. My experience has raised serious concerns about fairness and transparency.

My account was placed under risk restriction after a series of trades. I understand that prop firms need to manage risk, but the calculation method wasn’t very clear from the trader’s side.

The dashboard and trading conditions are fine, but I think they should improve transparency when enforcing these rules. Clearer reporting would help traders understand what exactly triggered the restriction.

i bought 50k Pro Challenge from Funded Knight (no consistency rules mentioned on official website) , today i fulfilled all the criteria and ready to make payout of usd5000, Funded Knight suddenly apply extra rules and change my account name to Pro Consistency Challenge, the main rule make me cannot request payout is 30% consistency rule, currently my highest day profit is usd3500, mean i need to continue trade until Target Profit usd15k only can request payout, that is 300% more than my current profit i need to trade, so ridiculous and unfair to me, how can add extra rule to me after i bought challenge?

other than this new 30% consistency rules cause me cannot make payout, also have some more different rules apply on me, such as 1% risk per trade (previously dont have), each same instrument trade must have 2-hours gap (mean 2 xauusd trade need 2-hours gap) and etc hidden rules.

ask CS why suddenly add extra rules to me, if got new rules should apply to new account, not current account that i bought previously, CS replied this effect ALL traders and applied immediately, so i believe all Funded Knight Pro Challenge traders got effected, very unfair prop firm, wish other traders saw my review also put yours review to prevent more victims.

extra, Funded Knight mentioned the extra rules added inform to all trader via email, but i never get any email about this, i found out when i request payout and saw my dashboard have new rules applied, and also Funded Knight did not make any public annoucement on the main social media Discord group, very irresponsible prop firm try to make traders cannot request payout.

i will banned this prop firm forever, no point for me to waste money and time to deal with keep rules changing prop firm.

This created a huge problem for traders like me. Our strategies were built based on the original rules, and applying new conditions to past trades completely disrupted the way we manage risk and plan our positions. It essentially punished traders for trades that were placed when the rule didn’t even exist.

Changing rules is one thing, but applying them retroactively is extremely unfair and unprofessional. It undermines trust and makes it very difficult for traders to operate with confidence on their platform.

If a company wants to change policies, they should apply them from the effective date forward, not rewrite the past. Unfortunately, this experience has made me question the transparency and reliability of Funded Knight.

I’ve had a very positive experience with Funded Knight so far. The dashboard is very clear and comprehensive, making it easy to track trading performance and monitor progress in real time.

Their support team is responsive and helpful, which is very important when you need quick assistance. It feels reassuring to know help is available when needed.

The trading conditions are also excellent, with raw spreads, low commissions, and fast execution, which helps traders focus more on strategy.

I also like their simple 1 Step challenge, which is much easier compared to many prop firms with multiple phases. The profit split up to 80%, weekly payouts, and the ability to scale up to $400K in funding make the program even more attractive.

Funded Knight is different from other companies. Here, we can complete KYC without having to complete a challenge account. We can do it anytime, and the process is so easy. So, we don't need Worried that we will fail to get a funded account? Most other companies ask for KYC after we complete the challenge account, after submitting a funded account or when submitting a PO.Many companies refuse KYC for various reasons to prevent payments or prevent us from getting a funded account.All those worries will disappear when you join fundedknight.

I was successfully funded with FundedKnight, which already says a lot about the opportunity they provide. The evaluation process was clear, and reaching the funded stage felt rewarding and achievable with proper discipline.
Like any trading journey, I did encounter a couple of issues along the way, mainly related to rule adjustments and adapting to certain conditions. However, overall, the firm operates legitimately and provides a real chance for traders who are serious about risk management and consistency.
