A masterclass in customer service
Exceptional customer service from start to finish. When my hoodie order was delayed due to supply issues, Michael (the founder) personally emailed me with complete transparency about what was happening and when I could expect delivery.
The item arrived before Christmas as promised, and I was genuinely touched to find a chocolate selection box and personal note included as an apology.
In today's world of automation and AI, this level of personal care and attention is incredibly refreshing. The product is great, but it's the customer experience that's truly outstanding.
I highly recommend Fun Cases.

Placing an order 2 weeks before Christmas, from the UK to Australia, I figured I'd see the order some time after the new year, knowing the Christmas rush was well and truly in full swing. How amazing that my order arrived 2 days before Christmas! Great quality, super fast shipping, fantastic customer service, second to none, best online shopping experience I've ever had, thank you!

They were absolutely amazing
They were absolutely amazing. They had no stock of the grey hoodie I ordered but because I had mentioned in an email it was a Christmas present they sent a white one to make sure I had it on time for Christmas (of course with the option of returning and waiting for the grey one) and a box of chocolates to make up for it. The customer service is so friendly and helpful. Truly an amazing business and I’m so grateful for all that they’ve done.

Received incorrect product, contacted customer service but not received a response. The other products I ordered were very poor quality, not as good as they appear on the website. I wouldn't order again.

Delivery and customer service bad
Ordered an item on 10th December still nothing. No dispatch/est delivery. Tried to contact numerous times and have not heard back. It was a Christmas present. The website said delivery before Christmas very misleading.

The case smells inky
The case smells inky. I've aired it since it arrived, but still the same problem. Paid out for a gift i can't use. Reported the problem and they simply said they'll pass on the info to the team. It may be fine for phone cases but I don't think the printing process is appropriate for laptop covers.

Poor quality product
Poor quality product. Ordered 2 phone cases. Both started pulling apart after only 6 weeks of use. They're not cheap so really disappointed with the quality. Company contacted and informed and refused refund.

5* customer service
I am giving this small company 5* even though I haven't received my order yet. They have been completely transparent with me explaining why there is a delay. What they are doing to rectify it and what plans they have in place to ensure it reaches me by Christmas. It's very refreshing to receive such honesty from a company when often you either get an automated reply or the issue is completely ignored. Well done Fun Cases 🙌👏

Aviod if you are buying a hoodie
Purchased a hoodie, and didnt receive any info on delivey date
Emailed and was told it was printed and ready for despatch, aweek later told that they dont even have the hoodies in stock .
Honesty would have been nice due to it being a gift for xmas. Now to late to order one from elsewhere.
