It's impossible to get anything on here. Bonus are super hard to hit with small pay outs when you finally get them. I'd say you'll have a 90 percent loss playing on here with almost no entertainment. Do not get enough play backs to get entertainment. In 200$ at 50 cent bets I only got back in total 2$. I feel like I don't need to say anymore.
Edit: It only gets worse. Stay away from them. Was finally winning a little on a game, instantly after a win an error comes up. I refreshed the page start playing again and instantly lost everything but they're not a scam... Claim to the highest rtp when it cost 500 to win 20.

Cannot get ahold of support. Getting AI automated messages in return. Verification links are not working. I was able to purchase coins, but cannot play with Sweeps Coins.

I have been emailing there support team for the past couple weeks without getting any type of response back or getting my issue resolved at all. There email supprt team is 1 of the most horrible I have ever had to deal with, isn't that is what the support email is for.

I bought a couple coin packs. I won $100. I verified my account. I go to redeem on all of a sudden my account is on pause. No explanation given. I try to contact customer service. No one is available. I sent an email. And I have place 2 tickets online to customer service. 2 days later and still nothing. This is really disappointing because I have heard good things about this site. Well not my experience so far.

I have sent several emails about needing help to redeem my winnings NEVER respond my account says let's pause they are doing some internal review it doesnt ever go away I spend alot of money there I want what I won

I am back to comment on the issue I had with Lucky Bits Vegas. I made a bad review the other day I just want to make sure I get the story straight and the problem was corrected. I received two emails that's good about my kyc was clear and I could redeem. Well I was informed there was some kind of block on my account that got lifted. Ok, if that's the case, do not send kyc verification that is in green status when it isn't. Also, but I had to do the kyc for the second time I was asked to let a certain individual be notified when I was finished doing it for the second time. Which I did. Never did hear back from anybody until just yesterday. No need to drag it on. Problem is fixed and Lucky Bits Vegas did follow through and made it right

My account is verified got email to prove it. I won a little on free coins and went to redeem and it says my account is paused. Several requests sent to support with no reply. Still haven't heard anything. I like the site and games just wish there wasn't so much trouble redeeming. I will update my review once I hear from someone.

Awesome !!!!! I cashed out for 5 k its takes a few days for them to do an internal review but they do release the hold off your account and paid me out really big time!!!!! Wish I wouldn't have played the 4 k i still had from hitting the machine good bc like everyone's else I assumed it was a scam also but man was I wrong !!!

So it seems like a good game platform I've been a player on high five for a really long time and this is their sister station or sister site however it's getting on my nerves that I want on Thursday and I'm getting to run around supposedly cuz I didn't have all my verification in well then it shouldn't have processed my redemption and pushed it through to their redemption processor but this is some b******* cuz I'm still waiting and they are taking like 12 to 18 hours in between each response and I'm pissed
So mind you that I won on Thursday and it is now Sunday and this is high five sisters site so high five has me cash out within hours this is ridiculous secondly the email correspondence between the customer service and then they're supposed AI support is ridiculous they don't know if they're coming or if they're going their AI says they don't offer an ACH redemption method but in fact they do then their customer service tells me that I my account wasn't completely verified because you have to verify your social security number separate from the verification process that my redemption would not be completed except that when I spoke to the redemption processor the transaction had already been initiated therefore couldn't be completed and the funds would be reflective in my bank within three business days so I would be cautious gaming on this profile just because it seems like they have a lot of kinks to work out

Terrible experience with this site, was happy that they accepted VIP transfer but then after I successfully transferred my VIP and after running my balance up to 1000,01sc they will not let me cash it out, I have tried for 5 days to email their support and even had to go to lengths to message them from different emails, they simply don't respond, I uploaded my ID a selfie and proof of address, still nothing, it's sad man, if they come to their senses and let me cash out I will update this review...
