Fulham Timber Merchants Arvostelua

I used Fulham Timber during the pandemic and had a good service so ordered again recently because I wanted the same decking. This time I required one of the boards to be cut lengthways, this seemed to be a bit of a problem for the Colliers Wood branch who directed me to Croydon. The member of staff at Croydon was unhelpful and we never quite got to the bottom of my requirement, possibly because of the language barrier, anyway he directed me back to the Colliers Wood. I didn’t bother and just called the Brixton branch and spoke to the manager Paul who swiftly took my order over the phone including the cutting requirement and arranged delivery. The boards were delivered swiftly by a very pleasant driver. Thanks Paul

Had purshared from the store 3 times. Each time I had great experience with service and comms and even replacement when some damaged items accidently arrived. Would use them again.

Good people, good prices! I will be returning, next time I need some timbers.

Don't judge this company from a few things that went wrong during the height of the pandemic. Judge them over 30+ years of good service and keen prices. Maybe even thank them for staying open during difficult times, even at risk of tarnishing their well-earned reputation! (Of course, it's a bummer if one of their rare mistakes happens to you, and if timing is of the essence, but nonetheless...)

I'm no expert, but I did my research online before spending me spondoolies, and talking to locals who know "the trade"; all roads led to Fulham Timber!

Whilst clearly very busy, Jonathan was patient, helpful and courteous with me in arranging my long cuts (we communicated through a combination of email and telephone, as appropriate). & I even managed to sneak in free delivery (as they offered, to my surprise, on my relatively small order, which was not urgent for me, and possibly/ hopefully en route for their other deliveries).

So, shivver me timbers, next time I need to arrange some "walking of the plank", I'll surely be back. ;)

Bespoke items made on demand at almost the same price as off the shelf items and delivererd in a speedy time.

This company is so good and I use them all the time. I’m a builder contractor and I would only use them. I totally recommend - customer service is also great +++++💯💯

The boys are absolutely brilliant,
The atmosphere is really friendly. There is nothing that can't be sorted out.
Truly recommend

Great service. We deal a lot with the Purley way branch. The cutting service is great, very quick and always offer very competitive prices. Jonathan, Jackie and Ben always very helpful as are the rest of the guys at the branch. We have timber run up by the mill at colliers wood on a regular basis and they always delivery on time and to a good standard.

Fulham Timber has been an intricate part of my business from the start, I see them as apart of my team. Always supporting and helping me provide the best for my clients. Whether it be me needing materials or dealing with my clients directly, it's always been 100%. They have always shown high customer service, knowledge, honesty and integrity which is also displayed throughout each and every team member. That is why FTM is my go to merchant and my first phone call when I need anything building related. I would highly recommend them to anyone!
