nooit aangekomen stuur een bericht via cm zelf mail naar die persoon ik antwoord vriendelijk dat ik niet op mijn mail kan dus dat dat niet zal lukken .het antwoord dat ik krijg mail naar deze persoon .
ondertussen is de kaart automatisch bevestigd op cm maar heb ik nog steeds niets ontvangen

Inmiddels hebben wij contact gehad per mail. Het gaat hier om een 'onverzekerde brief' die als verzendmethode is gekozen. We hebben u alsnog het volledige bedrag teruggestuurd, omdat u lang hebt moeten wachten op reactie. Voor de volgende keer is wel het advies om verzekerd en met tracking te versturen.
