Fuelmate Arvostelua

Good Company, good prices and always available if there is a problem

I spoke with Macauley who dealt with my enquiry quickly. Good service

Big fan of Fuelmate, over other companies I have used recently. (UK Fuels)

I called today and spoke to Macauley, who dealt with my enquiry perfectly within a couple of minutes. Good job!

Great company to work with. Great honest customer service, not too salesy and reasonable prices.

low prices & didn't shoot up once I signed like all other fuel card companies that I've used

I am honestly trying to see the benefit of having this fuel card as its constantly more expensive than pump prices at Shell pumps. For example current price notification tells me my fuel price for diesel is £144.34 per ltr and currently the pump for Shell near me is
£136.9. That's £115.47 if I used my fuelcard compared to £109.52 just using my credit card to fill up. Still the price does not include charges !

Because price rising above my other fuel card

Great Service, Great Prices, would highly recommend for your fuel needs.

Overall they have been great to us and may it continue.

Dan was exceptional in assisting with vehicle trackers, ordered and received in just a few days. Really simple to install and is always on the other end should we need support. Highly recommend

We recently transitioned from another fuel card provider to FuelMate, and the experience has been outstanding. Laura was incredibly patient throughout the process, and when we were ready to make the switch, everything was handled seamlessly from start to finish. FuelMate is transparent about pricing changes, quick to resolve any queries, and overall, a pleasure to work with. Their excellent customer service and friendly approach make them a fantastic partner.

Fred W at Fuelmate made a sometimes boring, but very necessary, task the easiest thing in the world. We got on so well that he now feels like part of the family.
He is such a great guy who remembers who he is calling, and that is so very refreshing indeed in this day and age.
We ultimately decided to go with these people as they offered us what we needed, and things have gone well from the start.

Fuelmate have been great to deal with, offering a competitive price against other fuel card companies. I have dealt with the same person each time, which is great, giving consistency and a good service overall. Invoices arrive weekly and if i need any queries answered, i receive a reply pretty quickly, unlike some other companies i have dealt with in the past.

We had out trackers fitted in Nov 23 and they have been helpful with incidents to obtain footage and also very reactive if there is problems with the system.
