Very reliable UK supplier
Very pleased with my prints. We’ve had some bad experiences ordering artwork online, but rest assured that Ian is producing the prints in the UK and the quality of the finished products are as advertised.

Perfect present
Ordered a Pop My Car gift for a friend's car. Didn’t have suitable photo but Ian found a stock image. Tweaked the design so it was perfect. Very quick dispatch. Friend loved it and I was really pleased with the service, quality of print and design and the communication from Ian.

Print not straight
Print wasn't straight on the page and not really what was expected.
The main problem was dealing with Ian who told me I was wrong and couldn't accept that there was any fault with the print. He made a small issue into a bad review.

Thanks for your order and review Howard. I'm sorry you were disappointed with your order, but I have to take exception with what happened with our dialogue. You’re claiming I denied there was anything wrong with the print when it was your original incorrect complaint about order delivery times that I was correcting.
After ordering I had an initial rude email from you complaining about the time it was taken for your order to be dispatched, this despite the order still being within the published ‘processing’ time (up to 3 working days Processing and then up to 3 working days for delivery). On the 6th Working Day (after ordering) you sent a second rude email upon receiving the order complaining again about the time it took, questioned the printing equipment used, and then also suggested the print wasn’t straight. I responded with the link to the website’s order processing times where it confirmed the published order processing times and proved the order was on time for delivery. I also detailed the very high spec Epson SC9500 Printer used in production, where the print quality is always faultless. I also reiterated the museum grade 240gsm Fine Art Paper used in production and which is detailed on each product listing.
The picture attached to Howard’s email didn’t show any obvious issues with the print straightness which I queried, having not had a complaint of this nature before. Howard then sent a follow up email - ignoring my response to his main original complaint about order lateness - with a new image showing the print with a ruler measuring the straightness at around 1mm out. This slight skew was missed during printing. A replacement print was offered to Howard which he declined and said he was going to leave a bad review.
I strongly feel if the initial complaint about order ‘lateness’ wasn’t debunked then the very slight print misalignment wouldn’t have become the main issue.
It's a shame to lose an unblemished review record and despite all of this, Howard will still be receiving a replacement print on a Next Day delivery tomorrow.

Absolutely delighted with the Aston Martin DB11 print. Thank you so much to Ian who I messaged and he made sure we got it for fathers day! We chose the white frame which is perfect.
